"Everyone here is extremely professional and everything is kept very clean I’m truly satisfied with my stay. The staff are all helpful, and I haven’t experienced any problems at all. The only issue was that the three hotels are connected, and at first, it was a bit confusing to find my room. "Lo más reseñable de este hotel es la increíble amabilidad de todo el personal . Es abrumador la forma en que tratan a sus huéspedes, haciéndote sentir como en casa . Mencionar los nombres que recuerdo ( perdón al resto por la falta de memoria ) Hosam, Made, Ayu y Anter the shisha expert ( mejor shisha que he probado ) y también Armand que preparó el visado y transportes desde el aeropuerto para mi y mi compañero de viaje Bassem.Muchas gracias por hacernos felices durante nuestra estancia y por vuestras recomendaciones para cenar ( especialmente las gambas con salsa y el pan que es una delicia ). Después de 6 años yendo a Kuwait , por fin hemos encontrado nuestro hotel 😁 "
