Enjoy an alpine getaway in this high-quality 47 m² apartment in the heart of Ruka Village, right next to the slopes and the village services. Built in 2002, it is a comfortable and easy base for couples and small families, with its own electric sauna, a fireplace and a balcony. The ski lifts are only 200 m away, the shops and restaurants of Ruka Village Square are on the doorstep, and Kuusamo is 25 km away. During high-season periods the price includes 2 ski passes for the stay. Please note that there is a construction site near the apartment, which may cause some construction-related disturbance.

The apartment is laid out on a single floor, with an open-plan living room and kitchen, one bedroom, and a sauna, bathroom and separate toilet.

Living room & Kitchen: The open-plan living area has a fireplace, comfortable seating with a TV, DVD player, CD player and radio, and a pull-out chaise lounge sofa that sleeps two. The kitchenette is fully equipped with an electric cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster. Wi-Fi, ironing equipment, a vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies are provided.

Bedroom: The bedroom has a double bed for two guests.

Bathroom & Sauna: The bathroom has a shower, a washing machine, a drying cabinet for outdoor clothing and a hairdryer, and there is a separate indoor toilet. Directly connected is your own private electric sauna, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes.

Outdoor area: The apartment has its own balcony, and there is a parking space with a car heating plug on site. Firewood is available from the wood storage. The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

Please note that final cleaning and bed linens are not included in the rental price, but can be purchased separately from the host.
