"We truly enjoyed our stay this year and the host was extremely helpful and accommodating with excellent communication. It's nice having a carport to store the boat under and it is very close to the Jonathon Creek boat ramp. There are a couple of different ways to approach this rental, and I would suggest taking the farthest "Oasis Road" turn off to the west if you're pulling a boat. "Beautiful and clean house. We loved sitting out on the deck. Very relaxing. We used the kayaks a day. The water was not anything I wanted to swim in, very muddy, but they were getting a lot of rain so I'm not sure if it is always like that. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. "This was a wonderful, pet-friendly property and we really enjoyed staying here for a weekend while we were in the area for our daughter's graduation from Murray State University. The host was wonderful to work with and very quick to respond to a few questions we had. We made a lot of memories and had a great weekend celebrating our girl!"

"As far as the house location , dock and yard it was great. There were so many mouse droppings in the kitchen and several bedrooms that I felt it to be a health hazard. We heard scratches at night. Being there with a toddler, it was very disturbing. We left a day early. The a/c was also not functioning properly, so the daytime was hot. Nighttime was ok. Will not go back."
