Sea Monster is a lovely home with outstanding views plus many other amenities. It housed our entire family of 13 with room to spare. Kitchen is well supplied with a variety of cooking utensils and pans. Part of our group used the pool and others preferred the beach and both were readily available. If I had any complaints, it would be that neither the pool or the rinse station had been serviced from the winter shut-down prior to our arrival. Maintenance came the second day of our stay and remedied that, but we lost some pool time. Another issue was the inventory list. I had called prior to arrival to ask what type of coffee pot (Keurig vs drip) and was told Keurig. We purchased a variety of K-cups for our weeks stay only to find the only pots were drip! I immediately reached out (on Easter Sunday) and was promised a Keurig would arrive the next day. Miraculously, either Amazon or God had 2 new Keurigs at our door by 8:30am on Monday! Very impressive and greatly appreciated! We would love to return again

Remodeled! I feel like pointing out the biggest feature first is the most important. The entire house has been remodeled. Excellent layout for us, with 2 full bathrooms on the ground floor (1ensuite) and a big living room with tv, access to the garage which has a refrigerator. This was perfect for the teens in our group. On the 2nd level is the rest of the main living space large sofa and 4 comfy chairs, kitchen fully stocked with pots pans utensils etc, dining (seating for 10). Two more bedrooms with en-suite baths and walk in showers. Another full bath that’s the main guest bathroom with an adjacent bedroom with a queen. Then the 6th bedroom is really tiny with 4 bunks (we didn’t use) but would be great I’m imagining for younger kids? Lots of impact windows and the sliders letting in a ton of sunshine! Without overheating the house. A/C worked great. Washer and dryer was convenient. A small convenience store and bagels and ice cream store is a couple house down. I know reading older reviews it can be confusing but there’s definitely interior access to both floors.The beach view is amazing! There’s beach improvements happening as of April 2026. A minor inconvenience as direct access to the beach over a big pipe is in front of the house.The pool heater works great! There’s a total of 3 umbrellas for shade, 1 by the pool, 2 more on the decks. And I noticed pop up canopies in the garage by the beach chairs. But also by 3-4pm most of the deck is shaded by the house.

Great Family Vacation

Nice place but a little confusing. No stairs in from upstairs to downstairs. Streaming TV only (not a big problem) but signal wasn’t great! Pool was great. Well stocked kitchen. Downstairs rooms need updating. Needs some shade. Check out Freddie’s and Britt’s Donuts for sure.

Very much enjoyed this property and would stay again. Had a few notes on upkeep to share with the property managers, and they were very receptive to feedback. Pool is great and well maintained. Fenced and gated, which is great for keeping kids safe. Cannot beat the location! Easy private walk to the beach. Good beach chairs provided - saved us money on rentals. Wished there was a shaded area on the deck - we brought a tailgate tent with us, so we set that up for some shaded seating with a view of the ocean. There is a nice ground-level seating area, but you can't see the ocean from that level (pool fence blocks the view).

Great house!

The unit has everything you need for a great vacation. It was clean and I was very impressed with the response time of the property manager for any questions we had. The house is equipped with all the things you may have forgotten including beach chairs or extra kitchen items. It’s a great location, close to the pier and store. We will be back!

House was ok a few thinks kept it from being great, there was a leak coming from ceiling light fixture with heavy rain in basement living room and it did smell musty/moldy down there. So Saturday night and Sunday morning drippings but. The side door upstairs kept getting stuck locked so that was a little difficult for us to

Wonderful stay

This home is absolutely amazing with breathtaking views. Minor repair issues kept it from being a 100%, but my family and I rate this as a 96% on the test. Issues with the home are as follows: Two doors did not secure properly so deadbolts were set and not used furtherNailhead exposures on the rear deck required shoes. Deck furniture damage left exposed screw headsMinor existing damages such as scrapes to flooring, carpet stains and broken railing in deck. All of these issues are minor and can be fixed by a handyman in a weekend. These are the highlightsThe layout is perfect. The advertisement should be changed to reflect that it is essentially two separate dwellings. We could have invited another family of friends. The master bedroom perfectly aligns with the sunrise and sunset! Absolutely breathtakingThe furniture, paint and finishes looks like a Wayfair advertisement! Dishes, linens, towels etc…were well laid out and clean. The neighborhood is immediate walking access to the fishing pier, and we will be renting again when weather gets warmer. Neighbors were friendly and beach access is spectacular!This was a wonderful stay, and we will be renting again in the near future.

Wonderful Week at the Beach!

Our family had an absolute wonderful stay at the Sea Monster. The house was perfect in every way with plenty of room for everyone. It was very clean and well appointed. Having the pool and beach so close made everything even better. We were all able to do our own thing and not worry about which group wanted to go to the beach and which group wanted to be in the pool. Kudos to the management company for excellent communication. If I had a question about anything, they were just a quick text away with a fast response time. I highly recommend this property, and we will definitely rent it again. It was worth every penny :)
