Beach view was perfect!The unit was dated but clean.Minor issue- It would be really nice if the deck furniture was cafe' height. It would give guests a much better view of the ocean.The stove is probably 30 or 40 years old and needs replaced badly.

Can't beat the view

It was perfect as far as what we were looking for we were looking for the ocean and relaxing. It worked perfectly could use a little bit of an upgrade, but really it wasn't that important. We will definitely be back. We enjoy this day.

Truly Ocean Front

This property is right on the water, just as pictured. The condo was clean and met all of our needs. The kitchen had all the appliances and cookware/dishes that we needed. The location was close to shops and restaurants. The property manager did a great job of keeping us informed by text. Great vacation spot!

Great Location

Great location and view. A/C lost Freon but it was fixed right away within an hour by the real estate after I reported it. It is a dated unit but other than the ac every thing was fine. I’m sure it will be getting a remodel soon. FYI parking a suburban under the house was too tight for my comfort so we just parked on the pad. We really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic location and accommodations

The condo was perfect and had all the amenities we needed. It was great to have a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Furniture was very comfortable. Perfect location. Easy to find. Beach was beautiful and clean. Check in was seamless. Would stay again.

We loved the area and the location of the property. We were unable to use the washer and dryer because it got rust on our clothes when we used it. Washer and Dryers are very important to us when we are at the beach, so that was not great. We loved the place and the location. This was our first trip to Kure Beach and we definitely want to come back. Our condo was nice but dated, but you could not beat the location and the views and the deck. The couch was very uncomfortable. We loved the beach!

loved being oceanfront (without dunes)

Being right ON the ocean was breathtaking, peaceful, energizing and perfect, with no dunes blocking the view (& worth the three flight climb each time, up & down wooden stairs). The furniture & furnishings (kitchenware, etc.) were comfortable and substantial - we especially loved the blue & white wooden deck chairs.

It had a nice view!

It was a little much lugging everything up to the third floor. If there was young people to help, that would of helped. The parking spot was difficult to get in and out of, because of the way it was situated.

Beautiful view/Super clean

This condo might be a bit older but super clean and had no moldy smells that we have had at other condos in the past. The view was immaculate, you feel like you are sitting right on the beach. We also got to see the coquina at low tide and it was beautiful. Only thing that happened to us (at no fault of the owner) was having to take another access to the beach on the other end of the building. A storm had knocked down the closest one right beside us that also had the shower for washing off our feet. But we made due found a mop bucket filled it with water put it on front porch to take care of our Sandy feet before entering. Having starter paper towels and esp TP plus sheets and towels included is a bonus. I highly recommend Ocean paradise. **one suggestion to the owner. It would be nice to have a couple bar height type chairs such as Adirondack style on the deck to be able to see the view above the deck rails but only a suggestion. Still fantastic view.

Kure Beach Condo

Property interior was a little dated; however, it was clean upon arrival. Beach was quiet and plenty of space between others. Overall a good time and a great experience. We would rent this condo again.

This property is old and outdated. View is great if you don't mind the roaches. Place could have been cleaner when we arrived . Coffee maker still had coffee. Hair ball in bathtub clogged the drain. The rec center they advertised is a waste. Hot tub under renovation and pool was dirty. For the amount of money we paid the place should have been spectacular. Put aside all that view was great. Right on the beach.

Tranquil Ocean/Beach Getaway

I chose this vacation condo because it was at the south end of Kure Beach, which I thought would be more private and peaceful. I was right! We were lucky enough to be there for the full April moon, which was so magical, shining across the ocean and right in through the sliding glass doors! We would leave the doors slightly open to hear the ocean all night (great for sleeping). We walked the 1 1/2 mile to the pier, enjoyed the pier shop/arcade and walked back. Great exercise in sand. The next day we walked to Fort Fisher and visited the museum. There are several good restaurants near by, and several in Carolina Beach as well. It was a wonderful mini-vacation (3 nights/4 days)! The condo was very clean, with all amenities - coffee maker/all working kitchen appliances, comfortable furniture and beds, sheets and towels freshly laundered and packaged. It was quiet, with a beautiful view (the ocean almost came right up to the condo underneath the balcony at high tide), and the large balcony was so nice! The rental agency was accommodating and made it so easy to check in and out. A sweet lady met me on the porch of the rental office with all of my paperwork. We actually could have had total access to the recreation center across the street from the condo, but the weather was so perfect we spent the whole time on the balcony or on the beach. Thank you to the owners and Bryant Real Estate for providing such a nice retreat from everyday life!

Beach view

The glory of this stay is the view of the beach, not the amenities inside the condo. We had a good stay at a reasonable price. We also enjoyed being able to access the indoor pool and hot tub as it was late December when we were there.
