After traveling 10 hours I didn’t expect to have to put sheets on 4 beds and make them. Arrived on thanksgiving and discovered there were no basic supples. 1roll of toilet paper for each bath only. No hand soap or body wash. No Kleenex or paper towels. Being a holiday nothing was opened. TV’s in each bedroom. No cable boxes for them. The one tv has a purple line across the middle of the screen. Wasn’t able to make or receive a phone calls from inside. We’re with T-Mobile. Pillows were flat. Had to sleep with the pillow shams under them. To prop them up. Who gifts you with a welcoming pumpkin pie and no whip cream? Went to empty the trash and discovered there were no replacement trash bags. We had to go purchase trash bags. We travel and stay in homes and condo’s several times a year. We have stayed here in Ocean Dunes for the last 6 years. This was the worst in just basic supples I’ve ever experienced. It wasn't the cost of buying them for me. It was the inconvenience and the thoughtlessness of the host. I’m 78. My husbands 82. We didn’t go on vacation to put sheets on 4 beds and shop for staples. Not to mention the bathtub was dangerously slippery and the sink in the bath filled up and took forever to drain. This property was not guest friendly or welcoming.. It has issues and highly over priced.
