Amazing location. Beautiful views. Loved hearing the ocean every moment we were there. Condo was clean and comfortable. Space was as described. My only constructive criticism would be that the sliders are difficult to open and close. Not a big deal for us, but maybe could be for some. We did reach out to the owner once and we got a quick response. We really were delighted with the location. In this area location is everything and this one can't be beat. We had rain for short amounts of time every day we were there, but because this is right on the beach we were able to stay out until it truly started raining and get back to it as soon as the rain stopped. Son was sad to leave and is already talking about coming back next year.

Excellent Condo with beautiful views and great location

The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. The ocean view from the 3rd floor deck is beautiful. The location is nice and having the condo amenities (pool, tennis courts, etc.) is a plus. The property manager (Bryant Real Estate) has an easy process of checking in/out. I would rent this condo again.

Family road trip

We traveled from Southern Illinois to visit family and attend a concert in Wilmington. We watched the dolphins every morning from the deck, enjoyed the beach everyday, and grabbed ice cream at a neat little local place. The condo was super clean and had plenty of space for my family of four. There is an aquarium about 3 mins away, a donut shop 5 min in the other direction, and we as also took the ferry to Southport for a day trip. We recommend a stay here for anyone wanting a beach visit with little to no crowds, easy access to everything, and plenty of stuff to do if you need some time away from the sand. We went on a walking ghost tour at night in Wilmington too!

No surprises

This listing is exactly what is shown: Super clean, modern, comfortable, well-appointed, beautiful location. Beds are very comfortable and drapes block the sun sufficiently should you want to sleep in. A porch on each side of the condo offers sun or shade at any time of day. No comfort has been overlooked by the hosts. Whatever your idea of a perfect vacation, this condo will help provide it: beach/ocean/sun time, relaxation on the balcony and/or enjoying the nearby restaurants/museums.

Nice, quiet place

The apartment was perfect for us (two couples). It was clean and nicely decorated. The view of the ocean was phenomenal. The buildings and grounds were very well maintained, and the deck was a great place to hang out and watch the surf. I’d rent here again in a heartbeat.

Great location

We enjoyed the condo very much. Loved the large open balcony. The condo was overall clean although there were a few stains on the cloth furniture and carpet in the bedrooms. As expected at a beach condo. We did like the private parking and the location was perfect, convenient but out of the busy area.

Quick getaway

Absolutely gorgeous view of the ocean and beach. Quick access too. Place was clean and had all we needed (with exception of broken dryer and ice maker which owner says they are replacing/repairing). Clubhouse pool and hot tub unusable due to too many chemicals that day. If you plan to go eat, plan in advance and allow lots of time for traffic and wait times. The unit itself was great. Beds comfy as well and back porch so peaceful!

Great beach getaway

Beautiful Condo in a great location

This is a lovely decorated condo right on the oceanfront. The small touches make this condo feel very homey and warm. The location is great and the beach is just a few feet away. We loved our stay.

Ocean Dunes Beach House

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dolphin Court, Ocean Dunes. Being right on the beach made all the difference. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo was exactly as advertised -- very comfortable, beautifully decorated, and located right on the beach. The spacious living room provided lots of good seating, with a large TV, with cable and Netflix, as well as a DVD player. The kitchen was newly-renovated with upscale appliances and was very well-equipped. Having a washer-dryer was certainly convenient, too.. The spacious decks off the living room and the front bedroom, provided the perfect spot to enjoy the sunrise. Kure Beach was a great location, definitely quieter than Carolina Beach, which was just up the road.

Nice condo on the beach

Everything about the unit was as advertised, and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. Furnishings were a bit too formal for the beach, but very nice. Check-in was quick - but no one in the Bryant office was wearing a mask.

What a view!

This unit was meticulously appointed and had a breathtaking view of the ocean! What a treat to see the sunrise over the Atlantic from the balcony while enjoying a cup of coffee. The decor is beautiful, beds comfortable, neighbors quiet. We couldn't ask for more. We were only there for a weekend visit, however in less than 2 days we enjoyed a great evening in Wilmington for dinner and then grabbed the Fort Fisher Ferry (which is only 2.5 miles away from the unit, ) on Saturday and enjoyed a nice ride over to Southport and Caswell Beach for the day. I would recommend this unit and would certainly not hesitate to rent it out again.

We enjoyed our stay at Bianchi. Overall very clean and very updated. We had to wash a lot of the dishes in the kitchen before using. The beds were all very comfortable and the blackout shades were great in the morning. The location and easy access to the beach was the best part. During COVID, we felt people were very respectful of keeping distance on the beach and we never felt crowded. The only slight disappointment was the back deck. It was one of the main reasons we rented this unit but most of the day it was far too hot to sit and enjoy the water. An umbrella would have made it ideal. But, after looking at most of the units, we wondered if it’s against HOA rules to have an umbrella. ? Also, we longed to jump in the pool! We hope next time it will be open. 3 stars for the property manager due to emails sent that either never got answered or took days to reposed. There were several items that we brought that were already in the unit (ie. hair dryer, hangars, hand soap).
