  • Escapada unifamiliar Kure Beach recientemente remodelada en la atractiva comunidad de Sea Watch con capacidad para 12 personas en camas con 5 habitaciones y 3 baños completos. El primer piso tiene 2 espacios de garaje, un baño completo y 2 dormitorios, uno con una reina, uno con 2 literas (4 camas individuales) y una terraza / patio trasero. El gran porche delantero del segundo piso se abre a una espaciosa sala familiar y cocina abierta, sala, comedor con barra de desayuno y mesa de comedor. También hay 2 dormitorios adicionales con camas queen size y un baño completo en este nivel. El tercer piso ofrece una lujosa suite principal y cuenta con una cama king-size, un amplio armario con vestidor, un balcón y un baño privado con tocadores dobles y ducha de efecto lluvia. También hay un sofá cama en esta habitación y un paquete-n-play / portacrib en el armario. La casa está situada a solo 3-4 hogares de la piscina comunitaria y el parque infantil. Solo unas pocas casas más lejos de la piscina es el acceso a la playa frente al mar, que es privado para la comunidad y tiene un baño junto al océano, por lo que no tiene que volver corriendo a la casa para usar el baño. Seawatch es una pequeña comunidad privada de casas unifamiliares con temas de playa, y es muy familiar y orientada. ¡Este es el hogar perfecto para una familia numerosa, un par de familias más pequeñas o una reunión / reunión de adultos! Beautiful home with tons of space. We had 6 adults and 3 kids and never felt like we were on top of each other! The neighborhood is gorgeous and the pool is clean. Super quick walk to the beach, too! The kitchen is very well stocked with tons of dishware, flatware, and kitchen gadgets. There are two refrigerators, which was great. The garage is fully stocked, too, with anything you'd need for the beach! We would definitely stay there again, but have a few complaints: the bed linens were AWFUL - super scratchy. The water dispenser on the fridge doesn't work. Near the end of our stay there were a ton of cockroaches. Also the bottom floor's carpets were stained. Honestly though - it's an awesome house and I definitely recommend it!

Great beach rental for families and pups!

Seawatch is a beautiful neighborhood and a quick walk to the beach. House has everything we needed for a great stay.

Wonderful property

Layout and size of house was wonderful for our family. The neighborhood was very nice and across the street from the beach with its own beach access. Loved the pool area which seemed to be recently updated. Would definitely stay here again.

Stocked

This property was perfect - the house was stocked to accommodate all our needs with child accessories like high chairs pack n play, a kitchen with everything you would need (pots, pans, dishes, serving plates, dish towels, etc) - we cooked most nights - as well as beach toys supplies and extra wagons to take items to the pool or beach. The pool and tennis courts were so close, and the.peivate beach access gave us great space to enjoy the water and let our little kids roam a bit!

I was not satisfied with this rental. The home had a pest control issue which was alarming as we were traveling with children. I did send pictures to the agent who informed me they would address the issues however this did not help our vacation. In addition the cleaners left all of the prior guests dog poop bags out in front of the garage. The flys and smell were horrible. Again, I sent pictures and the agent offered to have someone come throw it away. Most disappointing was the garage area which was a game room area with a ping pong table. Directly in front of the game table was a large door propped up with no attachments to secure the door. This was most definitely a safety concern as the door fell and I was able to get my grandchild out of the way with only my own foot being hit by the door. Again, I sent pictures and the agent stated they would get it addressed. After reporting all of this in pictures and communication- no refund or any type of compensation for all of the disappointment and even an injury was offered. I feel that seeing the bugs, dog poop and door issue was evidence of a summary of our vacation… to say the least, the neighborhood was clean and the community pool was clean. Aside from the one staff I talked to Emily, I am highly disappointed.

Little slice of paradise

We enjoyed the Memorial Day weekend in this lovely home in Kure Beach. The house is nestled in a beautiful neighborhood and a short walk to the beach. Unfortunately the pool was closed due to Covid-19, but the private beach access was perfect. The pictures do not do the property justice (especially the master suite which has been renovated). It was wonderful to bring our dog and the home had everything we needed. The neighbors are also friendly and all of the homes and yards are well maintained. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a larger home a few blocks from the beach.

Family week at the beach

Good house for 9 adults and 2 kids to spend week at the beach. Disappoint that community pool wasn’t open until half way through our stay. Lots of kitchen equipment for us to cook most of our meals but could use sharper knives and replacement of scraped up non stick pans. Beach an easy stroll away but promised bathhouse not open for season even in May. Lovely neighborhood. Outside furniture hadn’t been cleaned in ages.

Not very clean

We loved the house however it needs some TLC inside and out. The outside decks were very dirty and many insects especially spiders and cobwebs. We also had to remove a wasp nest from the front porch. The wood decking and railing on the porch was very dirty and dusty. Our grand daughter would end up with very dirty pjs from crawling on the deck while we were sitting outside. The backyard porch was beyond clean and we never used it because of that. The kitchen lacked any type of storage containers for leftovers. The master bedroom shower heads do not work properly. But we managed to still have a nice family vaca!

Magic in Kure Beach

We could not have been more pleased with our stay in Kure Beach! This home is a wonderful size and decorated perfectly. The openness of the kitchen and dining quarters is ideal for large families. We hosted our families whom we see 1-3x a year and this location could not have proven to be more ideal. More importantly, the amenities available within the home and resources for the beach were just fantastic! The opportunity to play table tennis, grill, rides bikes throughout the neighborhood and sit on the beautiful deck are just some of the options we took advantage of. If you have kids and enjoy a pool as much as a beach, this community is for you. You even have access to a playground and tennis courts! The pristine condition of the homes and grounds really add a element of beauty. A 5 minute walk to beach tranquility! The community members were beyond sweet and made the visit so enjoyable. Very grateful for the memories that we created that will live on forever! Kure Beach will always hold a special place in our hearts.

Wonderful experience

We stayed 3 nights and would definitely return! This house had plenty of space for our family of 7. The house was clean, clean, clean, and had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the pool and the beach was definitely walkable. I cannot say enough about the management at Carolina Retreats. They were amazing!

Beautiful house, but cleaning could be improved.

Reservation & checkout processes were easy. Property management was friendly & responsive. House is beautiful. Housekeeping could be improved though. We found a lot of pet hair on pillows, bed covers, coaches.
