"My second time staying here and couldn’t recommended more. Staff is helpful, the room is perfectly clean and has everything you need, the bed is super comfy! Parking is free and the pool has a nice temperature. The property is very close to Trinity Beach and the neighborhood is safe. I will stay here again."

"The staff was amazing very helpful,clean room great location plenty of things to do close by. The only downfall was our dryer in the room did not work, but there was a clothes rack that we were able to hang our clothes on to dry."

"The property is not a guest resort, its more like a block of units with a few guest rooms, we were kept up by a resident for 2 nights with them screaming & swearing until 12.30pm for 2 nights. It was almost a police matter. The manager made out he was unaware of the problem but it is very hard to believe. I spoke to other residents & they told me it is common for this to occur. Will never stay there again"

"Walls are paper thin. Can hear alarms and talking through of room next door. But great location, pool was nice and like the shared kitchen area. Rooms spacious and clean and modern. Never received email with details to access room. Had to go through emails to find contact number but once I called them the pin was sent through within 30 seconds"

"No concierge on site, you are relying on technology (email) for all the information relating to the check in process. A few guests struggled with this, including myself as I didn't have access to my email at that time. Found a fantastic staff member (Maria) who was servicing the rooms, who went above and beyond to assist us and make us feel welcome.
