Little gem of a hotel right on the cliff top. Staff were nice and rooms clean. A lot of renovation work is just being finished which will add some lovely rooms. It is off the beaten track but does give rest bite from the city at the end of the day.

Hot water was not available, only luke warm. Noise from the adjacent room was not comfortable. Breakfast should have live counters
