The hotel manager, Naveen, was absolutely excellent! When we needed transportation from our hotel in Shimla, he arranged a cab for us (Innova) with a very good driver at an very reasonable price. He was also very helpful when it came to organizing transportation in and around Narkanda.

Decent sized clean room with a comfortable bed. Good choice for breakfast and dinner. Attentive and helpful staff In particular Pooja. Nice swimming pool overlooking the valley, just a shame that it is not heated. Had an excellent massage at the spa ,albeit it was a bit pricey.
