"The basics that didn’t work and I would have over looked if we didn’t have the final straw: no heat on a 17 degree night. They offered for us to go pay for another expensive place to move and refund us for that much. We ended up having to move because it wasn’t safe for our children to be in those temperatures. It took over 3/4 hours to pack up alone (not to mention the unpacking/moving the car etc) and moving in the sub freezing temperatures with children. They said they couldn’t help us move....

"Good stay, comfortable bed. The oven only has two temperatures, Off, or 1,000 degrees. Would be helpful if that was fixed. Other than that everything was good. "

"everything was great"

"Cleanliness of the unit was unacceptable. There were hairs and food crumbs on the sheets in the bedroom. The mattress cover on the sofa bed was covered in filth with used blankets wadded up in the extra storage area. When we showered the water was cold after approximately 5 minutes. My husband and kids had to wait to shower. We opted to leave after being in the unit for 2 hours and drove almost 4 hours home because we were not sleeping in those conditions."
