"Calm peaceful mountain view room with very comfortable bed. Quiet. Many English TV channels. Helpful and polite staff. Lovely swimming pool"

"Bedsheets dirty with hair and small plastic balls and the shelves dusty. The room was very noisy. Some of the staff was rude. Swimming pool was ok but the hammocks very uncomfortable. "

"雨が強くてもレストランが濡れずに行けました。スタッフは親切でした。部屋は広々していました。ドライヤーは十分でテレビもよかったと思います。シャワーは水に近かったです。朝食は美味しかったです。"

"All was great!"

"This was a solid hotel. The staff was wonderful, and the room was very comfortable. My only complaint would be with the location, as there wasn’t a whole lot around the surrounding area"

"Pros: good location, helpful snd polite staff, good food in restaurant Cons: noisy aircon, no outdoor swimming poo "

"Best hospitality ever! The property is absolutely devine, it sits over the river has the most beautiful and peaceful views. The hotel has a mid-century modern style and the staff is excellent, they can answer most questions about the city, their culture and history. We highly recommend staying there. I personally would like to thank Jimmy for his hospitality and our lovely stay."

"Buen staff pero casi pierdo el vuelo de salida pq se equivocaron de hora."

"Buena relación calidad precio Sábanas y toallas en excelente estado El personal muy amable Pueden mejorar la variedad del desayuno tanto en comidas como en bebidas "

"Très bien reçu, chambre spacieuse avec du personnels attentifs et aux petits soins. Un hôtel un peu ancien mais de belles surfaces et tout le confort nécessaire."

"The staff is great. The hotel is beautiful. There were many maintenance issues such as fountains and escalators not working. The pool floor was not clean. The lights in the bathroom are motion sensors that never really go off. If they want to keep 5 stars, they have work to do."

"Everything was ok except it will be better if reception can check the ordering details during check in."

"Very run-down hotel needs a urgent revamp. Not sure how Hotels.com could even list this on website. Breakfast one of the staff prepared an "English breakfast " overcook egg and hash brown did not even touch it. Booked for 4 nights and stayed for one. This is more like a cheap hostel rather than a hotel. Would not recommend "
