Those who prefer to relax outside can enjoy the garden of the Residenz Seestern on the courtyard terraces, which with its integrated watercourse is a small attraction of its own. On cold days, you can warm up in the in-house sauna (for a fee / coin toss). Did you spill your favorite piece of clothing or maybe you didn't have enough change clothes with you? No problem: washing machines and dryers are available in a separate laundry room for you to insert coins. A spacious bicycle cellar is available for the bicycles. MEDITERRANEAN 3-ROOM APARTMENT WITH LARGE SOUTH TERRACE The quiet 65 m² Mediterranean style apartment with terracotta tiles is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 4 people. The highlight is the beautiful outdoor area with a large south-facing terrace with a beach chair, teak furniture and its own lawn / garden area. Ideal for families with children / pets. The combined living / dining room is furnished with modern royal oak wood furniture and a comfortable couch set. Flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo are available. The modern, bright kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, stove, fridge, freezer), vis a vis there is a dining group for 4 people. The two bedrooms with double beds offer enough storage space - there is also space here. A folding bed and a cot are optionally available as an extra bed.
