"Arrived hotel and requested for early check in on 4th Oct around 10am. The reception guy was very friendly and helpful with my request. He politely advised the room not ready and after few minutes he called me from the lobby and found the suitable room but asking whether am I okay with smoking floor. ..."

"The waiting time for the room was long, supposed to check-in by 3pm, we waited until 3:30pm, the room was still not ready.
