This historic 19th-century building is located right behind the famous ice cream shop at Kutterhafen, yet in a quiet cul-de-sac. You can’t get any closer or more central in town! Here, spread over approximately 150 square meters, you’ll find two living rooms, two kitchens, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms!

Enter the house through the white front door into the large entryway with a coat closet. From there, you’ll reach the living area on the first floor, where you’ll find a large flat-screen TV, an L-shaped sofa, and seating for two people. There’s also a historic wood-burning stove here, though it may not be used for fire safety reasons.
Three additional rooms branch off from the living area: first, the first kitchen, which is almost fully equipped and includes a built-in washing machine; next, a bedroom with a single bed; and finally, a full bathroom with a shower.

On the upper floor, you’ll find yourself in a beautiful hallway with a high ceiling, from which all other rooms branch off through high-quality, historic doors. There you’ll find the second living area, featuring two sofas, an armchair, a coffee table, a large flat-screen TV, and a dining table with four chairs. This room is pleasantly bright thanks to numerous windows and a great ceiling height. The next room is a bedroom with a double bed, a large closet, and a TV. The second bathroom, featuring a historic and unique style, is also accessible from here: it includes double sinks, a huge mirror, a freestanding bathtub, and a toilet.
The hallway also leads to the second fully equipped kitchen, which includes, for example, a refrigerator, oven, ceramic cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The last remaining room houses another bedroom with a dresser and a desk. It features a single bed, which can be rearranged into two low beds; however, in that configuration, it is only suitable for two children. This arrangement is available by request only.

The house’s recreation room features a high-quality rowing machine (use at your own risk), a foosball table, and a desk with a large monitor where you can connect a game console or PC you’ve brought along.

Wonderful paintings and historic decorations are displayed on the walls throughout the house.

The house also features a garden furnished with lounge furniture. The entire house is allergy-friendly and features white tiles with integrated floor heating.

There is a parking space in front of the house. You can store any bicycles you bring with you in the built-in storage room, which is accessible from the outside.

The vacation home is located in Greetsiel, a picturesque coastal town on the East Frisian North Sea coast. Set in a quiet and idyllic setting, the historic town center—with its romantic harbor, famous twin windmills, and cozy cafés and restaurants—is just a few minutes’ walk away. The dyke landscape surrounding Greetsiel offers numerous biking and hiking trails with stunning views of the Wadden Sea. Thanks to its proximity to the North Sea and the East Frisian Islands, the vacation home is the ideal starting point for relaxation and a variety of excursions.
