Two seats here invite you to enjoy a quick coffee break.

The furnished balcony is perfect for sunbathing.

The bedroom with a double bed is large enough to accommodate a baby crib as well.

The modern bathroom features a shower with a rain showerhead, a heated towel rack, a washer-dryer, a radio, and a hair dryer.

The converted attic features two additional single beds. From here, you can even see all the way to the harbor. Two armchairs and another LCD satellite TV invite you to relax.

All windows are equipped with either pleated blinds or roller shades. Despite the tile flooring, the floor remains pleasantly warm thanks to the extensive underfloor heating. The attic features laminate flooring.

Fly screens are installed on the main windows.

An iron and ironing board are also available.
