"We had a late check it for an early morning flight. The receptionist that night was great. He was really helpful, kind and when we told him that we had to check out at 3:30 for an early flight he said that breakfast would not be ready yet but all we had to do was to let the morning guy know that we were leaving for an early flight and he would give us a bagged breakfast. We did and they gave us fruit, muffins, cheese sticks and juices! Oh my gosh! I have never been treated so well! And the rooms...

"Muy amables la cama muy comoda, en Wausau no hay nada que hacer fui a dejar a mi hija al camp y el hotel cumplio con mis expectativas, la comida no es buena, no pudan frijoles que los sirven frios en Wisconsin. Fuera de eso todo bien El personal del hotel muy amable porque me dejo el avion y me regrese al cuarto porque no habia otro vuelo hasta el dia siguiente y se compadecieron de mi y me hicieron traslado del aeropuerto a las 4 am "

"Worst hotel I ever stayed at the customer service was terrible and check in i used Expedia to make the reservations and they got all messed up and the hotel said we couldn’t do anything about but charge me double for 1 night so it was close to 400 dollars for 1 night and at like 10:30 housekeeping just thought it was ok to come in the room when check out isn’t until 11am i definitely won’t be staying here again"

"Everyone at the reception is rude and has no training in customer service, much less receiving tourists. I had a two-bedroom suite with a kitchen for a week. I went with my whole family to snow ski. Nobody at the reception wears masks or takes precautions, BUT they use the covid excuse to never clean the room or replace anything. During our seven day stay they never did "INCREDIBLE" cleaning service, and they do it to pay the housekeeping employees less. On the third day we called reception...
