In our floating vacation homes, which were built in the spring of 2016, you’ll find the peace and relaxation you’re looking for. With their bright and welcoming interiors, designed with great attention to detail, they create an unparalleled sense of well-being that will make anyone’s heart skip a beat!
The 105 m² house offers every luxury for up to 8 people across two floors.
In addition to the 3 separate bedrooms—2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, one bedroom with a loft bed for the 5th and 6th guests, and an extra bed in the living room on the first floor for the 7th and 8th guests—there is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet on the lower level, as well as a bathroom with a sink and toilet.
The light-filled living area with access to the sun terrace, as well as the kitchen area and a separate restroom with a sink, are located on the upper floor.
The terrace is equipped with a cozy seating area and an electric grill, where you can grill crispy sausages to your heart’s content.
The kitchen offers every convenience: an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are all part of our standard equipment. In the living room, you’ll find a nearly 180-degree panoramic window, a flat-screen TV with a DVD recorder, a stereo system, and free Wi-Fi access.
And what could be nicer than winding down the evening together in front of the fireplace?
