Marina Kröslin is located on the mainland across from Peenemünde, the well-known museum town home to the famous Historical Technical Museum. As the only 5-star marina in the Usedom region, it is attracting more and more recreational boaters. A first-class and easily accessible sailing and water sports area, nestled in a beautiful, unspoiled Bodden landscape with abundant unspoiled nature, plenty of reeds, and clean water.



Houseboat Float & Load I:

The “Float & Load I” is a houseboat from the “Floating 44” series—the most ship-like of all houseboats. It was launched in the spring of 2015 at Marina Kröslin and accommodates up to 4 people.
The houseboat offers everything that makes a stay here pleasant and truly unique: plenty of glass and an optimal layout of the two bedrooms and the living area, complete with a spacious terrace.

The houseboat’s total floor area of approximately 50 m² includes the living area with an open-concept kitchen, the terrace, and additional outdoor space, as well as 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet with a sink. The upper deck features an additional sun deck. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. In the living room, a TV, CD player, and DVD player provide entertainment.

The Float & Load I houseboat is a smoke-free property.
