"Lovely apartment with hotel-type facilities in an excellent beachfront location. Well appointed and great pool. Very quiet place, ideal for getting away from it all."

"Hmm. This is a very good property and would be excellent anywhere else in the world but standards in Greece/Crete are very high. It's a little gloomier inside photos suggest with only limited natural light. There is construction work going on literally adjacent to the property currently so expect some noise and essentially the outdoor balcony space is off-limits during the daytime. Some minor maintenance niggles. Seems a bit mean providing a coffee machine but no capsules but hey ho. This is a...

"This was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The staff were extremely welcoming, attentive, provided great recommendations for activities in the area, and made my wife and I feel very looked after. The Rooms were very clean, spacious, and functional. The area was located right across from the ocean, nearby to restaurants, and driving distance from the town's best beaches. I would recommend this hotel to anybody."

"Subject: Request for Compensation – Stay at Grecotel Plaza Beach House Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing regarding our recent stay at the Grecotel Plaza Beach House in Rethymnon, from 6-11 august, during which we booked a “Petit Loft Maisonette” for 5 nights. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of the standards expected from an establishment of your reputation. Below is a summary of the main issues we encountered: • First room: extremely noisy, located on a very busy street. It was...

"Location, beach, and very good personel."

"Friendly staff, excellent location and spacious room! Would definitely stay again!"
