Buen hotel
Lo normal en estándares Ibis. Lo único regular es que queda lejos del centro, aunque realmente es a 5 minutos en tren y a 5 min caminando de la estación, lo cual no es tan grave. Tiene un Mc Donalds al lado.

Modern room. Hotel gave us passes for train to the city which was very convenient. Ten minutes and we were downtown. Situated in and industrial/business sector.

Highly recommend
We only stayed for one night but appreciated the bigger bed, the fridge, the bottled water, and the two chairs rather than the standard one chair most hotel rooms provide.

Not sure what the name of the receptionist who worked the 24th and 25th May but he was awesome and did his upmost to make our stay better despite my Mother taking ill. He even went as far as to suggest that we tried the steak house next door for a Bouillon. Thanks epic service

😀 Die Lage ist gut. Das Bett ist bequem. Das Zimmer ist groß. 😏Es ist hellhörig, da die Zimmertüren nicht isolieren. Es waren noch Haare vom Vorgänger im Bett. Es ist sehr teuer. Am Anfang hat das Zimmer 100Euro gekostet. Dann aber noch 19 Euro pro Person für das Frühstück und 12 Euro für den obligatorischen Parkplatz.

Breakfast is not a good experience
The hotel is nice: quiet, clean and quich checkin and checkout. But the breakfast was terrible!!!! The quantity was not enough to all guests (we have to ask all the time to the staff), the room is dark (yes, dark) and the pancakes and waffles were the same for 02 days (yes, they didn’t prepare new ones). But the entire experience was ok.

Op doorreis. We konden mooi vroeg inchecken 13:30 uur en kregen tickets voor het OV. 2 stops en je staat in het centrum van Luzern. Heerlijke dag gehad. Super geslapen en de volgende ochtend weer fris voor de terugreis naar NL.
