Just a short walk from the harbor and on the edge of the old town, the 70 m² "Alpenrose" apartment is located on the top floor of a beautiful Art Nouveau villa.



The inviting apartment features a living room with two sofa beds (each for two people) and a single bed, a well-equipped kitchen with stovetop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge-freezer, a bedroom with a king-size bed, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment accommodates up to seven guests.



Amenities include cable TV and Wi-Fi on request.



The washing machine is available for longer stays and by arrangement.



A shared balcony offers a lovely view of the garden. The fenced garden, planted with many flowers, is open to all guests.



Pets are welcome and may stay free of charge.



A private lot with several parking spaces is just a few meters from the property. You will receive a parking permit from your host, and a space is reserved for you. Parking for loading and unloading is available directly in front of the house. There is a separate storage room for bicycles in the basement.
