This holiday villa with 4 bedrooms is ideal for 8 people + 2 babies (t / m 3 years), it consists of 2 floors and it covers a total surface area of 200 m2.
The layout of the villa is as follows: on the ground floor there is a spacious hall with a separate toilet, a bathroom and two bedrooms. One bedroom is equipped with a 2-persons bed, bedside tables, a cot, a chair and a wardrobe. The other bedroom (accessible from bedroom 1) has a double bed, a sofa bed, a coffee table, a wardrobe and a TV with satellite connection. The bathroom has a shower, sink, storage space and a mirror.

On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a dining area, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner stove, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a kettle, a microwave, a dishwasher, a storage closet and a cozy dining area for 8 people.

The comfortable living room has a luxury sofa and armchair, coffee table, SMART TV with satellite connection, a CD / DVD player, radio and cabinets. The dining area includes a table with 6 chairs and an even warmer atmosphere is ensured by a wood burning stove. From the living room you have access to the balcony with a sitting area and a beautiful view of the Klet mountain. The two bedrooms on the first floor each have a 2-persons bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe. You can also make free use of 2 cots (for children t / m 3 years).
