"What a sweet spot! Beautiful scenery and place to stay. Very clean and lots of cozy details from super soft floor mats to extra hot tub towels. We stayed one nightand got cinnamon rolls which were good. Dale was very responsive and helpful. There were hummingbirds buzzing, wildflowers, quiet cool mountain air. I left feeling refreshed! Look in the brown book for check out details (we failed to do so and Dale was gratuitous when we told her as we left that we didn’t see check out information.)"

"Had a great stay at Ian's place. You can't get more convenient to downtown. Everything is within walking distance. We only stayed one night, unfortunately, but didn't need to drive anywhere for restaurants, shops, or access to the lake, which was a good thing since we were there on a weekend in the middle of summer and parking was at a premium. The unit itself was clean and well appointed and we made use of the washer and dryer after the previous few days of hiking in RMNP. It met all our needs...

"Excellent communication, and very convenient location. The updates that were done in 2020 still look very nice. Just a couple of things to note: there was hair on the wall in the shower, shower drained extremely slowly, also the couch had dirt on it. The water and ice cube dispenser from the fridge does not work.Overall, really a very nice property, and I would recommend it. Thank you!"
