Great spot!
Fabulous spot, we stayed in the Sunrise homes which were spacious and really clean, the dome is fantastic, my kids love the water so were in heaven.

I stayed at the Sunrise homes which was spacious for a family of 4. The property was well equipped and had everything we needed. However getting into the property was difficult. We were given a fob bracelet which we couldn’t get access to the property with. When we checked in, it was already evening and trying to navigate location of the property was difficult, let alone not being able to access the home. I had to travel back to Tropical Islands dome by foot to sort out this problem. When I approached the manager Nolte about my issue he just disregarded my problem with no apology. Please be aware of the fob bracelets that they give to you.

Fedt vandland med masser af muligheder. Okay legeområder, som dog var lidt slidt. Deres system med armbånd til betaling/adgang var dog lidt bøvlet. Hytterne i deres Holiday camp var fine :) Et besøg værd!

Der er PRÆCIS hvad der skal være.
Hytterne er nogle fine nybyggede hytter, der alle er 100% ens. Der er PRÆCIS hvad der skal være, og intet andet. Ingen personlige ejendele, ingen bøger, reoler eller andre personlige ting. Ingen planter, ingen .. Men det er udmærket kvalitet, sengene er fine (omend dynerne er lidt tynde til en kold efterårsdag...). Og der er hele 8 mm mellem en opslået opvaskemaskine og et spisebord.. Der er tænkt på det meste ;-)

Die Außenanlagen sind teilweise etwas unsauber und Pflanzen vertrocknet, zudem findet man einige Baustellen auf dem Weg zum Freizeitbad.Due Unterkunft ist zwar sauber, jedoch gab es bereits Schimmel in der Duschkabine. Zudem fehlten Besteck, Teller u.s.w., für 6 Personen nicht auskömmlich, die Fliegenschienentür vom Wohnzimmer war ganz aus der Verankerung gerissen, das hätte sie nicht sein dürfen. Die Kommunikation vor Ort war je nach Ansprechpartner mal sehr freundlich und fachlich kompetent, mal jedoch ziemlich unfreundlich und unfachlich. Im ganzen gesehen war es zwar ein schöner Aufenthalt, jedoch im Verhältnis zum hohen Preis oft nicht angemessen

Our second time there and it was as good as we remembered. Very relaxing with the kids fully occupied all the time. Thought it very good value for money. The only small criticism is that the food at the buffet seemed to have more choice and variety the last time we were there.

I understand that the property is in an open area but during summer, it can get really hot inside the sunrise units that we stayed in. The climate control is only for heating, with it’s price point I would expect air conditioning to be part of its standard amenity. But other than that- the actual dome is nice, large pools, nice restaurants, friendly staff. It was a good place, not great but good

Tropical Islands offers an exciting experience, particularly recommended for families with children. However, be prepared for semi-stressed employees, subpar food, and a fair amount of inconsiderate parents along with a relatively large group of unruly children. We spent three days there and, overall, we were pleased with the experience, but we were also relieved to escape the hustle and bustle in the end.

Gode badefaciliteter for børn. Der var rig mulighed for at vælge i mellem de mange forskellige spisesteder til fornuftige priser. Betalingssystemet var elegant, man slap for at have kontanter på sig således, at vi kunne afregne det hele ved check ud. Eneste minus på stedet var personalets adfærd. På trods af, at vi var smilende og rare ved vores henvendelse blev man tit mødt af arrogante og ikke imødekommende personale alle vegne. Samlet ville jeg give stedet 6 ud af 10 stjerner.

Familjeäventyr
Familjen på 6personer i åldrarna 4,7,14,16,35 & 44 tyckte det var ett kanon ställe. Förväntningarna var inte jätte höga då många klagat på köer och dålig service samt engelska språkfärdighet men detta har vi inte märkt något av, antingen åkte vi en bra period (17/6-22/6) eller så har man jobbat på dom bitarna. Vi kommer absolut återkomma.
