Unique Luxury Holiday Villa

  • This luxury Villa is located in a quiet neighborhood in Sabadeco, Bonaire, Dutch Caribbean.
    This hidden piece of paradise provides you complete privacy. You will have a panoramic ocean view and beautiful sunsets from its patio/deck and open veranda with large private pool.

    You will have an unforgettable stay on the island. The crystal clear Caribbean Sea is only a stone's throw away. There 's a ocean entry nearby where you can snorkel or dive right to the coral reefs. (andrea 2)

    The villa has four air-conditioned rooms with king-size beds an one air-conditioned room with 2 separate beds. Three rooms have their own bathroom. (all with shower, washing table, toilet, hair dryer,) Two rooms share a bathroom with 2 sinks, a toilet an one big shower and two hairdryers.

    There's a fully-equipped kitchen.(side by side fridge with ice maker, stove, microwave, dishwasher and cooking utensils, dining table and chairs) Living room with flat screen TV. Also free WIFI is available in the villa.

    The large pool area has a large private swimming pool, lounge area and two dining tables and sunbeds. On the roof deck you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets an sea views.
    There is parking inside the property.

Great place for a group of friends

We stayed at Magic Villa in May - it was hot and the mosquitos came out at night. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was essential. There was an issue with one of bedroom units but the manager and owners resolved it as quickly as possible. Everyone (some singles & some couples) had their own bedroom and bathroom which was very nice. The pool and outdoor space is awesome and we enjoyed it a lot. The kitchen is large and well equipped. We wish the outdoor grill was bigger and wish there was a washer & dryer but it worked out ok. This is a great place for a group of friends because we could spread out or gather together as we wished. Thanks for a great stay and being responsive to our needs.

Wonderful villa

Wonderful and spacious villa. Beautifully decorated interiors with landscaped gardens outside. Photos dont do it justice. Already planning our return trip. Highly recommended.

Diveterrific

We had a total of ten adults. Two avid divers, one snorkeler and seven drinkers and eaters. The home was outstanding. Filpi was our contact and he was always available with suggestions and ideas on diving locations and restaurants. He was outstanding. He was easy to contact and was very responsive. Highly recommend this property

Luxury Villa... exceeded expectations

Amazing place!

This home is very comfortable with everything you need and is just north of the city. It is quiet and relaxing. Close to dive and snorkeling. We watched sunset from rooftop almost every night of our stay. Els and Filip were great hosts. They had eggs and coffee for us, along with champagne and snacks. So we did not have to go to store the day we arrived. Filip was so gracious upon our arrival and took the time to talk to us about some amazing places to visit around the island. There are so many places to relax at the villa! Lots of seating. We had coffee on deck every morning and most meals at the house. It was very clean and the pool was fantastic.

Heerlijk huis

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in Villa Magic. Wij waren met 8 personen. Genoten van het zwembad, de leguanen die we elke ochtend eten gaven en de rust rond het huis. De ruimtes waren perfect en de keuken voldeed prima voor een groot gezin. Wij wilden niet terug naar huis dus dat is een teken dat we een heerlijke vakantie gehad hebben. Groeten Familie van der Zee

Beautiful vacation home

We come to Bonaire every year and this house is excellent with 4 adults and 3 young children. We have never stayed at this house before but have stayed in this neighborhood and knew we wanted to come back to Sabadeco. The neighborhood is safe and relaxing and you can walk to the water (too far with dive gear). The bedrooms are comfortable and the pool space is huge! The only drawbacks are there is no washing machine and they do not have AC in the communal spaces of the house. The lack of AC isn't a huge issue because the breezes are amazing but the mosquitos ate us alive. However, each bedroom has AC that works great. Overall this place is spectacular and a great value. We will definitely stay here again.

Truly Magic

This place was a dream. It is a sprawling house in a beautiful neighborhood north of the capital. The location was perfect as it was pretty much in between the northern and southern dive sites of Bonaire. For example, 1000 steps is less than a 10 minute drive from the house. The pictures do not do this house justice. We had nine people with us and it still felt big. Each room was beautifully decorated with its own theme, And there were plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The kitchen was extremely spacious and it had everything you would need to throw a dinner party. The outdoor area was probably the best feature of this place. There is a large swimming pool and a beautifully shaded deck with plenty of furniture for lounging. And of course, since Bonaire is a Diver’s Paradise there is a nice washing station in the garage for all of your gear. There is an amazing rooftop, and the owners give you access to a secret dock for swimming which is about a five minute drive north. We also really appreciated that there were plenty of diving books, guides and maps to help you experience Bonaire. The owners and their house managers were easily accessible on WhatsApp. Everything was also so comfortable, there Wi-Fi and air-conditioning in each room. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!
