I was in the train at 1300 heading to Krakow and still did not have any check in instructions. I sent several messages to the phone number provided and also sent 4 messages, over a period. Of days and hours, and had no response. I had to contact VRBO, and they had to track down the owner / company at a different phone number than given. Only then, did I get my check in instructions much later in the afternoon. Overall the check in process was terrible. This is what happens when companies are buying these units, and individuals aren't running them anymore.Over all the unit was a good stay. The loft bed can be inconvenient for some individuals though.
