Instalaciones y decoración muy bien cuidadas, cerca del centro, a unos 15 minutos andando, tranquilo, personal muy amable. La habitación y baño amplios, la cama muy cómoda, el unico punto menos positivo el desayuno, quizá un poco pobre. En general puntuación muy buena, ideal para descansar unos días.

Hotel renovado, cerca del centro 15min caminando
El resumen general es positivo. La habitación que nos asignaron era bastante pequeña, y no es la decoración que aparece en las fotos. Desayuno más que correcto. Limpieza excelente. Ubicación del centro buena. Mucha información por parte del personal para asesorar en cuanto a precios y posibilidades de ahorro en gastos básicos (alimentación, transporte, excursiones) nula. Te venden sus tours, su transporte, comidas o cenas, etc... en general calidad precio hemos quedado contentos. La limpieza de habitaciones excelente. Pero no nos han cambiado las sábanas en las 4 noches que hemos estado. No sabemos cuándo se suele hacer o si habría que pedirlo. El resto bien. La habitación con la decoración de las fotos que hemos visto en internet nos hubiese gustado más que la que nos tocó que era simple y sobria.

Hotel situado a 15 minutos de la plaza del mercado de la ciudad. No hay posibilidad de transporte público por lo que hay que ir en taxi en caso de no querer andar. Modernas instalaciones. Buen desayuno pero muy escasa bollería y poca fruta.

Personal muy agradable y hotel cómodo
El personal del hotel muy amable. Los desayunos muy ricos y las instalaciones en general del hotel son muy cómodas y agradables. Cada noche nos tenían un regalito, el primer día fue un pastel, el siguiente uvas y el último día que debíamos viajar a la madrugada y no alcanzábamos a desayunar nos empacaron y nos entregaron en la recepción en el chek out.

Nice interior design, the room was on the smaller side but efficiently laid out and well arranged. The breakfast buffet was fantastic! I asked the front desk about leaving my car parked past the check out time and they gladly accommodated me. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely stay there again and I highly recommend it.

Beautiful place, great staff, nice location. One big problem, they had turned off the heat because it was APRIL and we had a cold snap. I froze my butt off in my room. Reception said nothing could be done. Temps were 2-3 degrees at night.

Overall, nice friendly staff, nice room but very warm and couldn’t change. Very limited breakfast choice i.e. not something for everyone! Stated could get bottled water every day but had to ask the house keeping staff, but obviously you never see them to ask so we had no water for our stay. Was refused VIP member free room upgrade even though it was available! Told we needed to pay extra to get upgrade.

With reference to your comment the information we received from Expedia is that you are a VIP guest, so you will be welcomed in the room with a bottle of wine. As for the free upgrade, you have already received it. The room you purchased is a Double Classic (in a separate building, without air conditioning and elevator). We immediately upgraded you to a Double Standard room. Thank you for your comments - thanks to this we can constantly improve the quality of guest service.

Nice, clean room. Short walk to the main square (10-15). Staff are lovely and very helpful. Breakfast wasn’t great, very small selection, seemed to be just yoghurts, small pancakes and some polish dishes. Had a few problems with neighbouring rooms being very noisy, making it hard to sleep. Other than this, decent location, nice rooms and cheap.

Perus ok hotelli
Perus hotelli, mutta vähän vanhanaikainen. Postimerkin kokoinen TV ilman mitään älyominaisuuksia kuten chromecastia tai airplayta. Sängyssä yhteinen iso peitto joka ei ole kaikille. Yhtenä päivänä meillä oli hyvin aikainen matka Auschwitziin ja pyysin aamupalaa mukaan. Tämä ei ollut kovin hyvä. Pari kuivaa leipää, kinkkua ja juustopalaa laatikossa. Ei ollut voita, ei mitään juomaa, ei kasviksia, ei hedelmää. Hotellin oma aamupala seuraavana päivänä oli ihan ok. Pieni ja yksinkertainen. Henkilökunta vastaanotossa oli todella avuliaita ja ystävällisiä.

Four nights in Krakow
A really modern stylish hotel, just a few minutes walk away from the Old Town. Very clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. If we were to nit-pick, it was a bit disappointing that there wasn't a toaster available at breakfast. And although the hotel does have a restaurant, it is only open five nights per week with a tasting menu. That said, there is a stunning choice of restaurants available in the town centre. Whatever, if we ever go back to Krakow, we would stay at the Art & Garden Residence again.

Ik zou hier nooit meer terug komen. Het personeel is zeer onpersoonlijk. De muren van het hotel zijn flinterdun dus je hoort alles. De buren waren vergeten de kraan uit te doen dus wij hebben een gehele nacht naar een druppend geluid geluisterd. Gemeld bij de receptie maar die deden er niks aan. Als je de kamer 105 hebt, hoor je ook de receptie en het restaurant in je kamer alsof het naast je gebeurt. Hotel ligt 30 minuten van het centrum en 20 minuten vanaf het station. Flinke wandeling en erg ongezellig.

Great hotel. Extremely clean and great selection at breakfast. Room perfect and a comfortable nights sleep. Only gripe would be the walls are quite thin so if you’re sensitive to noise perhaps consider elsewhere.
