With 70 m², it accommodates up to four guests and offers a balcony with green views—ideal for relaxing after walks or remote work. Right outside, you’ll find dog-friendly trails through the Innauen and hikes towards Untere Alz. The apartment features a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a living room with sofa beds, kitchen, and bathroom. High-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV, washing machine, and dryer are included. Non-smoking, no parties. Dogs welcome. Please keep outdoor areas clean and pick up after your dog promptly.

The modern holiday flats offer approx. 70 m², fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, WLAN, washing machine and 2-4 beds. Check-in is uncomplicated via a key box, parking spaces are available.

Our house has four separate flats - ideal for couples, families or small groups of friends who want to travel together but still value their own privacy. This is the perfect way to combine time together and retreat.

The private, traffic-free grounds are surrounded by meadows, forests and animals such as deer, chickens and birds. Hiking trails and the Inn cycle path start right on the doorstep.
