Nuestra estancia fue excepcional. La amabilidad del personal es muy buena y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Olvidamos un ordenador y nos llamaron al día siguiente. Instalaciones cuidadas y lujosas. Muy recomendable.

Buena relación calidad-precio
Nos tocó una habitación muy ruidosa, con un aparato de aire acondicionado en el exterior que hacía mucho ruido, fuimos a recepción y nos cambiaron de habitación.

Perfect place to relax
We are very happy about the customer service this hotel has, as they always received us with a smile and willing to help. We had a warm welcome and our stay was perfect to relax and have some rest. Think it's also a good option for taking children so they can enjoy as well.

Nice hotel terrible service
When we arrived we noticed is a nice clean and modern hotel, the pool wasnt available, they took us to another hotel, they Said they would give us an upgrade and some discounts at the restaurant but that didnt happen. The cleaning in our Room was dissapointing, the bathroom was poorly made and we had to ask several times for toilett papel because they didnt left enough for three people. Our complementary shampoos were never refilled. Little details that made our Stay not good enough, we were at cheaper and with better atenttion hotels in Thailand.

Hotel de transito para excursiones
Como opina el resto de la gente es un hotel con cierta calidad (visto el resto de hoteles de la zona) en la zona costera de ao nang donde hospedarse para dormir y servir para realizar las excursiones "playas-Selva" sin tener que hacer grandes desplazamientos. P.D Por cierto las "agencias" que hay en la zona para contratar los viajes como en todo Tailandia se puede regatear el precio (aunque os den un panfleto que parece muy legal..) conseguí las 2 excursiones que hice (Islas Phi Phi y la de la selva ) por la mitad de precio (2x1) incluso te diría que se puede conseguir mas barato (para los que sean expertos regateadores)

Wawa and Gan at the bar go above and beyond for the guests. The buffet breakfast is fabulous, so many choices. Omlet station, western and Thai options. The rooms are flawless (both in cleanliness, the furniture is stylish, the AC is cold, and the ambiance). The pool and pool bar were fantastic, well kept and clean, as well as the property as a whole. Can’t say enough good things.

Non avrei potuto fare scelta migliore. La varietà delle proposte ad ao Nang è alta, ma Centara ha soddisfatto tutte le mie aspettative. Bellissima la struttura, camera spaziosa con doccia e vasca. Piscina meravigliosa e colazione top. La struttura nel complesso è pulita e accogliente ed il personale attento e gentile. Consiglio vivamente.

We had a comfortable stay here for 1 week. Great location to lots of bars and restaurants. Staff very accommodating. Nice breakfast and great pool cocktails. Appeared a little busy and noisy here at times. Great for families.

Ruhig gelegenes Hotel in einer Nebenstraße ,sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstückbüfett sehr reichhaltig und schmackhaft. Am Pool sind leider wenig Sonnenliegen verfügbar, Handtuch Service super. Restaurants fussläufig erreichbar.

Wir hatten ein Poolaccess Zimmer gebucht. Direkt vor unserer Terrasse war das Volleyballnetz, Kinderrutsche etc. Irgendwie war es mir entgangen dass hier auch Kinder sind, und es waren sehr viele dort. Es war den ganzen Tag richtig laut im Hotel. Früh morgens und Nachts auf dem Flur, genauso wie im Pool. Das war schon sehr nervend. Sauberkeit ging so. Der Boden in Zimmer war ständig dreckig. Auf der Terrasse wurde nicht gereinigt. Der Tisch war von Anfang an dreckig. Auch dem Bad hat die notwendige Reinigung gefehlt. Personal war freundlich. Frühstück war in Ordnung.

We had four rooms with King beds but only two came with king. Upon discussion with receptionist we were given one more room in a very dark and dirty location. Receptionist and manager were extremely rude and did not want to correct their mistakes. This is an old property that needs a renovation of both the building and the management. As a side note we have stayed in many properties in Ghailand and this was the worst experience.

The hotel is located in the middle of a town in which we new. But when being around the pool you hardly get much sunshine due to the surrounding buildings. Getting in and out of the pool is a little dangerous as the poles move when entering. The pool needs an update and should be deeper. When coming off the slide it's that shallow you hit the floor. Breakfast is not in an inside building and is open... This needs to change due to flys and birds entering the restaurant. You have to ask for bacon? Which is not normal. The rooms are dated and the balcony we had was awful set above the smoking area for staff below with broken fencing as a view was an awful balcony view. The spa incredible the experience was amazing but they didn't seem to have my booking dispite booking. Breakfast on the last day we were told we hadn't paid for it in which we certainly did. Ok onto the good things... They have some nice staff. They also have a good happy hour. And there are restaurants in walking distance which are very good. Would we stay here again. No we wouldn't.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the staff were lovely, breakfast was delicious with lots of variety and the location was great, walking distance from the beach. We had a swim up room and would definitely recommend.

Clean well staffed hotel
The hotel is well located on Ao Nang beach and is well appointed and has first rate staff. However we did not like the layout - they have squeezed the accomodation blocks into a relatively small plot leaving the swimming pool area cramped and overcrowded - but importantly 90% in the shade

Good choice for a stay
Nice hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms. Pool area was busy most of the time and didn’t seem to have enough sunbeds. Five minute walk to the main area of Ao Nang so a great location.

Our least comfortable bed in our month in Thailand. The noise from the outside cupboards banging was an issue. Curtains need replacing. In general, this hotel needs a facelift. Nice pool, staff and a good breakfast.

Top, excellent et confortable, je recommande !
Superbe hôtel, très propre. Lits confortables, le petit-déjeuner est excellent. Le personnel est agréable notamment le Mr qui prend en charge vos bagages, il est tres sympathique, il prend soin de vous aussi bien à votre arrivé qu'à votre départ. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. Si je reviens à Krabi, je reviendrais avec plaisir.

Access to pool and towels was easy. Free baht program was worth doing. Happy hour good. Staff very friendly and helpful .Restaurant seemed over priced compared to great food one could get at close by numerous other restaurants

We ended up moving after one night of our 3 night stay in Krabi to the Nakamanda Resort 15 mins away. I don’t believe this property warrants a 4 star rating, 3 star is more suited imo. Although the pool was lovely with the slide for the kids, the family room with balcony was quite basic and small, the tacos/nachos we had in the restaurant was barely edible, with the exception of the reception staff the other staff had very limited English speaking and struggled to understand our questions regarding lunch, and finally the location. It is a good 10 min walk to Aonang beach which was one of the worst beaches in Thailand imo. Not a clean looking beach that lends to swimming with the long shore boats crowded at the shore. It was all quite a low point for our stay in Thailand and as it was the end of our trip, we moved so that the whole trip would not be marred by this experience and were extremely grateful that we did.

We stayed for 2 weeks , the second room was nice overlooking the pool , downside pool is nice but this is really a kid friendly hotel , so lots of kids , the gym was ok but had to call them several times to turn the air conditioning, the breakfast was ok , but they don’t restock , so when you ask for example Gronala they say they ran out , there is no air conditioning in the breakfast area or lobby , with no fans , so it gets very hot

Für kurzen Aufenthalt in Ao Nang ok. Gute Lage, sowohl Ao Nang (Beach) & Ao Nang Landmark Night Market gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Ansonsten sind auch viele Shops, Restaurants, Wechselstuben, usw. in der Nähe. Das Hotel selbst ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und strahlt meinem Empfinden nach wenig Gemütlichkeit aus. Wir hatten ein Pool Access-Zimmer, was wir grundsätzlich empfehlen können, aber das Zimmmer roch v.a. im Bad etwas modrig - Abhilfe schafften Duftlampen welche nach unserem Hinweis umgehend von der Rezeption aufgestellt wurden (löste zwar nicht das Problem, aber für uns war es für 2 Tage ok), Frühstück war sowohl quantitativ als auch qualitativ sehr gut - wer hier was zu meckern hat, dem ist nicht mehr zu helfen. Personal ist sehr nett und sehr bemüht.

Fint hyggeligt hotel
Fint hotel, lækkert rummeligt værelse. Sødt personale og ligger mellem de to ‘gader’ hvor der er masser af restauranter, strandene etc. Poolen er mindre end hvad jeg lige troede og solstol-området ligger ikke særlig godt placeret hvis man er en som gerne vil have sol. Der er ca. 6 stole ud af mange som kan få sol hele dagen - resten er mere eller mindre i skyggen. I perioden vi var der, var der også mange børn, så tænker stedet er oplagt for småbørns-familier. Maden/drikkevarer på hoteller er meget dyrt ift. udenfor. En sodavand koster 140bath, 10 meter fra hoteller ligger en 7/11 hvor samme sodavand koster 18 bath.

Great family hotel
Great hotel to stay in with kids! We had a room with pool access and I would definitely recommend booking one, we enjoyed it so much! The pool was great, big enough to swim around, kiddos enjoy the water slide and the overall atmosphere on the pool area is really nice. Our room was on the smaller side compared to some but nice, cool and with enough storage. At first we were worried about noise from the lobby and the bar as our room was really close but had no problems at all and eventually the location was super convenient and made the hotel feel quite small and intimate. We took massages from the spa and they were excellent! Also the quality of food and drinks we had from the bars and at breakfast was very good. Our only complaint was sloppy room cleaning: empty water bottles left in room, toilet and shower were not cleaned every day, missing towels, dirt on floors. During our 10 day stay our room was properly clean after housekeeping maybe 2-3 times. I hope they pay special attention to this.

Dejligt poolområde, 10-15 min gang til centrum
Hotellet ligger i den stille ende af Ao Nang. Dejligt poolområde, hvor der er sol indtil midt på eftermiddagen. Stor morgenbuffet med frisklavet omelet. Vælg et værelse med pool view. Tag en dag til Railay Beach, longtail shuttleservice fra stranden til 100 bath pr vej. Spis på KoDam Kitchen, hvis du vil have lækker mad til den halve pris af restauranterne ved stranden. Husk at bestille bord.
