Full Villa Description:
Gorgeous, spacious four bedroom villa in wonderful location on the Eastern plateau of the Resort – boasting breathtaking ravine and sea views. The classic Aphrodite Hills views that the Resort are renowned for. Peaceful location, within 5 minute drive of the Resort village centre and facilities.

Ground floor hosts open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is very well equipped, including dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. The living area has a comfortable sofa, and large TV with comprehensive TV system that has unlimited movies, UK channels and sports channels. This room opens out to a spacious terrace that overlooks the pool and offers amazing ravine and sea views. The terrace is equipped with gas BBQ, large dining table and comfortable seating.

Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor: double room and twin room, that share a bathroom (bath with overhead shower). Downstairs in the cooler lower level the twin room has a bathroom with shower. Upstairs on the first floor the master double room has an ensuite bathroom (with shower) and amazing sea views. The bedroom opens out to an upper terrace (unfurnished, good spot for holiday yoga). There is a utility room on this upper floor too.

Outside, the lower level terrace has a 10x5m private pool with an infinity edge that spills out to the stunning views. This terrace has plenty of sun beds for everyone, and is south-facing getting the sun most of the day.

The villa has free reliable wi-fi, is fully air-conditioned throughout (providing heat in the winter months if required) and has underfloor heating.

Location within Aphrodite Hills Resort: East plateau
Aphrodite Hills is split over two plateau; known as the west and the east. The resort village square and facilities are situated on the west plateau, therefore we would definitely recommend car hire for stays here on the peaceful east plateau, then you’re just a 5 minute drive from the resort facilities.

Our standard check-in procedure is that we meet our guests at the resort entrance, show you to your holiday home, give you a brief guided tour and hand over the keys.


We will request your full flight details ahead of your arrival, in order to make sure that your meet & greet runs smoothly.


During times of Covid-19 we can also offer a remote check-in service in order to minimise contact; full instructions/directions/map shall be sent in advance, as well as more detailed information on the property, a key box code and a telephone number to contact in case of any questions.
