Fabulous!

We had a fantastic stay at Lucija's property. Beautiful location, beautiful house. The location is perfect for exploring Kotor and the surrounding area, highly recommend the boat trip to the blue cave etc and a trip to the marina in Tivat. The house is in a stunning location by the water, there is everything you need in the property and well maintained. Lucija was excellent in communicating with us, especially when we arrived late on our first day (thank you to Lucija's son who waited up for us!) She went above and beyond.

Wonderful stay in Kotor

We had a wonderful stay in Kotor. The home was across the street from the water and had a platform on the water for those who wanted to swim. Beautiful views from the front of the house with lots of boats, sailboats, and cruise ships going by. The outdoor space was large and very comfortable. The three bedrooms were located upstairs and there is a very comfortable living area and a well-stocked kitchen on the first floor. The bathroom downstairs has a shower while the upstairs bathroom has a tub. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Excellent property, fabulous host, stunning location

Our family of 5 loved the house and the location so much that we plan to return in the future. Lucija is an incredible host: communicating quickly both before and during the holiday, buying an extra fan for us within a couple of hours of asking, organising a speed boat tour for us, cleaning the property and changing the linen and towels after a week's stay and even supplying us with a bow of figs from her garden. The house was incredibly clean, cosy and comfortable. It was kept cool with two air conditioning units and had all the amenities needed. We enjoyed eating breakfast and lunch on the patio, looking out at the view of Kotor Bay. The location was perfect for us: it's close enough to walk into the old town of Kotor, sunbathe on the little jetty just outside the back door of the house, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance (we loved Tiha Noc best), peaceful enough to relax and soak up the Montenegrin sunshine and spectacular scenery. There is plenty to see in the local area too, without having to spend hours in the car. We would recommend Lovcen National Park, Port Montenegro (Tivat), Old town Budva and Solila nature reserve, in addition to the old town of Kotor and St John's Fort. We highly recommend Montenegro, the area of Kotor and staying in Casa Maris.

Ett oerhört charmigt hus med ett fantastiskt läge, 5 meter ifrån havet med 'egen' badplats.

Nyrenoverat gammalt stenhus, bra standard med AC på varje plan, diskmaskin och tvättmaskin. Öppen planlösning på bottenplan med kök, matgrupp och sittgrupp samt dusch/WC, det senare något trångt. Badrum och tre bra sovrum på övre plan med fin utsikt, hårda sängar enligt någon i vårt sällskap. Trevlig utemiljö på egen innergård, med två uteplatser, en i sol och en i halvskugga under vinrankor i en pergola. Läget i Dobrota väldigt bra, tillräckligt med affärer och restauranger i närområdet, 20 minuters promenad till den historiska staden Kotor och alla dess mysiga gränder och restauranger. Värdfamiljen 5-stjärnig med plus, uppmärksamma och hjälpsamma i alla avseenden. Totalt sett var vi jättenöjda med vår vecka i Stenhuset i Dobrota.
