(1) Breakfast spread should offer more healthier options instead of oil-rich, sugar-rich and salt-rich food. (2) Housekeeping service. The housekeeping team needs to be more careful. They left their access card slotted in the holder of my room & friends' room after cleaning. (3) Laundry service. On my second last day, I wanted to settle the bill for my 3 laundries. Unfortunately, the hotel staff could only locate 1 paper trail. It took them a while to trace the paper trail from their 3rd party laundry team. The hotel staff who 1st attended to me looked obviously flustered & unhappy. Not a reflection of being professional. At least the staff who took over was professional & apologetic. Apparently, the laundry team was supposed to tag the customer copy to each "cleaned" laundry bag but failed to do so. The customer copies for the 15 & 18 Jun were not found. Very poor coordination. (4) Grab breakfast. Hotel staff needs to pay attention to details & listen more. We instructed to have breakfast prepared for 4 pax the night before our early morning departure. The next day, breakfast was only packed for 3 pax.
Apart from the above, the room was very comfortable & quiet. Efficiency, customer service & professional etiquette must be further enhanced to live up to a 4-star hotel.
