部屋は広く清潔で快適でした。ただチェックインが特殊過ぎます。１階に商店が入る建物の上階の部屋ですが、建物に何の表示もなく入り口が分かりません。途方に暮れて建物の管理人室に行くと、係員が電話をかけてくれ支配人が出てきて対応してくれ、その後は問題ありませんでした。ただ、施設名の表示がなく、管理人が気が利かない人物だったり席を外していたらどうにもならない状態でした。夜遅くの到着だったら困ったと思います。せめて宿泊所名は、管理室のガラス扉に貼っておくべきでしょう。要改善点です。

Appartement tout équipé idéalement situé
Appartement propre et spacieux, idéalement placé dans Kota Bharu. Le seul bémol est la nécessité de prévenir 24h à l'avance l'heure d'arrivée : ce qui n'est pas toujours simple au retour des îles Perhentian et les horaires fluctuants des bateaux.

Check-in had to be done by calling a local number. This was not clear from the booking confirmation, and there was no communication from the owner beforehand. While the building looks nice from the outside, it's actually quite dirty and badly maintained. The apartment itself is basic but adequate for the price.

質も価格も良かったです。
部屋もトイレも綺麗でした。キッチンはなかったですが電子レンジはありました。同じ建物の一階にコインランドリーもありました。オーナーの方も非常に親切で最後に空港まで送ってくださいました。立地もコタバルの中心部で非常に良かったです。

Really Good choice to stay in Kota Bharu
Staff was really friendly and helpfully. Good location for dinner and city tour. Room was clean and comfy. Large bathroom and bedroom. Love mini kitchen - Microwave, Dish, Spoon & fork. Recommend!!!!

Studio apartment in large block-long new building
A nice studio apartment with modern features and amenities. Owner by an individual, this was a two bed space with 1 Q and 1 Twin bed. WiFi, local satellite cable TV, kitchen counter space and eating bar, desk, coffee table and armchairs. Walking distance to many features in downtown KB. Local restaurants are fun to try, and a splendid set of street art projects very close.

The location is good because it is located in the middle of the city. Food, laundry, grocery and market are all within walking distance. Definitely will stay here again.

Outstanding
Very very clean room. Spacious. Friendly owner - Mr. Hafiz, Got microwave, mini fridge and table bar. Toilet is clean too. Got basic satellite tv channel. Got self laundry downstair, and restaurant accross the road It is even better compared to 3 star hotel.

Nice stay at strategic location
Room is clean, nicely decorated and clean. The owner personally put great effort to make sure we stay comfortably. Located near to Pasar Siti Khadijah make a plus point to this place.

Located strategically to all major attractions
The accompdation was good, owner of the homestay was really helpful. The place is located strategically to all major attraction in Kota Bharu, it's walking distance to Pasar Siti Khadijah, Pasar Buluh Kubu etc. Also the taxi stand and bus station is just across the road.

Good value studio unit
Good value for this studio unit. Near famous Siti Khadijah Market. Not much activities at night but it is a plus point as it's peaceful for good night sleep. Powerful air-conditioning but please take note that hairdryer is not provided.

Convenient and bargain stay
The room is quite large compared with usual hotel rooms. It can comfortably accommodate a group of 3 for sure. The open kitchen area is handy for bringing fruits and takeaway food back to enjoy, but no microwave oven available (one would be nice). Air-conditioning works well and bedsheets are clean. The toilet is spacious and has a basic, functional shower. There were a lack of toilet paper upon arrival, and the owner proactively offered to refill soon afterward. I spotted one or two insects passed by the floor, but only once and fortunately they did not actually run into me. The key card on the only key is needed to power the room. So no battery charging while we left the room. The property is conveniently positioned right at city centre, a minute from the city bus and few minutes more from the central market and most museums. Even so it felt quiet and comfortable. Check-in and out was smooth. We did not have a local phone number, and we were able to use Skype then WhatsApp to communicate.

Great stay
Great overnight stay on way to perhinetian islands. I checked in late and some one was there at 11:30pm to let me in. The air con was a delight & everything is new. Make sure you communicate on your arrival time as there is no reception. Taxis right out front, HSBC bank 3 blocks walk. Can sleep 3 adults.

Nice accommodation, strategic location.
The winning part of the accommodation is the location which located in the focus point of Kota Baharu. Every basic things that I need was prepared by the owner. It is a home-away accommodation.
