Beautiful and quiet.

Lovely, quiet atmosphere. If serenity is your scene, this is the place to go to. The staff were extremely friendly, polite, discrete and absolutely lovely. A great place to chill out.

I liked the fact that I was the only guest at the property, so I had the full attention of the staff for my needs (although minimal). I didn’t like that I never saw security on the premises at night although I was advised that they would be there every night. However regardless I did feel safe at the property.

Great little place. Perfect for my partner and me to relax. We were the only people there for the whole week with 3 lovely staff members. Lee made great Pina Coladas and Mary was great on breakfasts.

Villa mit Meerblick und ein super Team

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, die sich perfekt um die 6 Gäste gekümmert haben. Nachmittags gab es sogar extra Kaffee und frisch gebackenen Kuchen. Die kleine Anlage , eine Hochzeitssuite, 2 Villas mit Meerblick und eine mit Gartenblick war sehr ruhig mit sehr sauberen Pool. Leider war der Strand nicht schön aber wer Ruhe und einen Super Service sucht ist hier genau richtig.

Quick answer the place is amazing, if I could give it an extra star I would! Now the review. I don’t know where to start!!! We rented our own car and stopped for breakfast before traveling straight to The View. The drive there was amazing, watch out for the cows, horses and dogs on the sides of the roads, but the scenery was magnificent. We found the entrance to the view through Maui Bay. We showed up about noon a little early but figured we could check the property out before checking in, to our surprise the room was ready!! The staff greeted us and showed us around, very friendly people( little did we know by the end we would feel like we were leaving family)The room was perfect we had the honeymoon suite. Flowers on the bed cleanliness was above par. The scenery was amazing, the food was outstanding and tea time daily at 4pm was a bonus. The snorkeling at the View was an added bonus I feel like they should charge for the guided snorkeling because of everything we saw, but it was free. So snorkeling I’m considering the 2nd best only to Coral Cats, our other snorkeling trips were ok but Coral Cats and Lee at the View were amazing trips. Thank you Chloe, Sefo, Lee, Tia and Lesi, you made our dream anniversary/ honeymoon a reality!! Can’t wait to come back, see you all soon.

The experience was made for us simply because of the team at the view, the staff were passionate, ensured we felt looked after and gave insight into local areas that would be directly helpful in tailoring to our experience. My partner and I were so impressed and made to feel at home, we wanted the staff to share our experience with us, we bought extra food for the lovo to share with them, had a bon fire drinks night with and visited one of staff’s villages to attend church. We both felt at home and the sheer amount of warmth and fun we had, has left this a destination no. 1 for return whenever we need a relaxing holiday with our Fiji family. #2019TeamOfTheYear

Check-in at The View was a bit awkward. They didn't really seem to know what was going on. They booked the cab for us and the man who got our bags questioned how much we paid the cab driver, made it seem like a shady deal and that made me uncomfortable. The staff didn't really seem to know what was going and kept talking at us from all different directions, including asking us to put a vase of flowers in our room. Overall, our stay here was nice but I can't say I would return. The beach was rocky and trash was visible. It would make such a difference if they cleaned this up. The Property Manager was great but wasn't around much. They also let us have a complimentary late check out which was appreciated.

En dejlig lille perle

Positive var: super snorkling fra stranden, hyggeligt personale, udsigten og dejlig pool. Lille spadser tur til supermarked. Spektakulær solnedgang fra resort 500m til højre langs stranden. Negativt var: trafik støj i soveværelset Da det ligger ud mod hoved vejen og meget lydt ind til nabo lejligheden som deler en let væg. Og dårlig udlugnings mulighed i soveværelset så det var fugtighed i efter nogle dage med regn vejr. Alt i alt var vi meget tilfreds med the view og kommer gerne igen.

DIsappointing

Bathroom was dirty and seemed like was not cleaned for a while. The kitchen was not stocked properly with food. About 90% of the time the items that we requested was out of stock. The next store was not in walking distance and did not seem safe. AC leaked. There was nothing much going on or to do. The only thing good was the view of the ocean.

Beautiful villa looking out over the pool to the sea. Excellent for a relaxing break. The staff were lovely, extremely welcoming and friendly. The food was great but bring back the cocktails! The only fault was the hotel needs a much better sign at the front as we arrived at night and struggled to find it as did the other couples there.

Perfect romantic getaway

This resort was such a special place. My husband and I came here to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and it was perfect. Right on the beach, sparkling clean pool, friendly staff and just a really special location. The private outdoor shower was a lovely highlight as was the super size bath. It is a bit hard to find though so make sure you have good directions before you go.

Das Hotel ist in der Nacht sehr schlecht zu finden !! Sehr schlechte Beschreibung. Der Strand ist nicht sauber. Am Hotelabgang zum Strand liegt Müll herum. Plastikflaschen und alte Badeschuhe...unglaublich. Das Hotel selber ist sauber und gut. Umweltschutz ist hier kein Thema !? Sehr gutes WIFI im Hotel, ohne Datenvolumenbegrenzung....klasse.

Not great. Very run down for the price. Lacking in service and the food was not great. Cocktails ... they could only make one of the 20 on the list. Safe was not working so we ended up with the master key. Coffee machine in their marketing was non existent. They only had instant coffee on the premises. Bath didn't hold water! Had to ask for soap and toilet paper

Clean, Quiet and Fantastic location.

Maui Bay Adults Only is exceptional. I have been to Fiji on Seven ocassions and this is up there with the best. Staff are tremendous, food was great, pool was clean and tidy, room was big and comfortable. Only issue we had was the electricity went out on a few occasions and the wifi was poor at best. Still highly recommend to anyone who wants to truly relax without children.

A LITTLE BIT OF PARADISE

With only 4 bures this place is a perfect paradise for those who want to get away from it all. Whilst it does not have all the facilities of a big hotel the personalized friendly service of the lovely staff more than make up for the glitz of a big hotel. Set on the edge of a beautiful bay on the Coral Coast the large Balanese style bure provides ample space and comfort. We would certainly return to Maui Bay adults only on our next visit to Fiji. If you want this tranquility make sure you book in the adults only waterfront villas as the other Maui Bay property is across the road and does not offer the same beautiful location.
