I am so happy to have booked a stay here. They are very accommodating and let me store my luggage in their house while waiting for the ferry. They are also very quick to respond. I will definitely be staying here again when I come back to Korcula!!

Excellent location, very clean, had oven but no microwave Comfortable bed It would be hard for people with mobility issues (60 steps to property) Would have been nice to have basic kitchen amenities like salt and pepper

Great place near the ferry and the bus for lumbarda beach , lots of great restaurants with 50 paces Nice size room aircon good clean and tidy, great hosts

Room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Nice water and city views. Very bright with 5 modern windows that open wide and offer good sound proofing. Black-out blinds in bedroom. Good AC and some English TV stations but not a smart TV. Shower leaks a bit on the floor and can be very slippery (use the bath mat provided)!

We had a wonderful stay in the attic apartment! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the Old Town, with everything you could need within easy walking distance. The apartment was comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Katija was an exceptional host. She warmly welcomed us on arrival, gave us recommendations of where to go and was there again when we checked out. Furthermore, on the first day our ferry was arriving earlier in the day (12pm), I messaged to ask if we could store our bags till check-in, and received a message saying the room would be ready early for our arrival! She also went above and beyond on check out by arranging for us to store our luggage with a friend near the ferry port, meaning we could enjoy our last day and our onward journey so much easier. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to return on a future visit. Thank you, Katija, for such a memorable stay!

Another great stay with Katija and Egon. Weirdly enough, same room as last time. While a bit older property, the rooms are rather spacious and very affordable. I love how quiet it is, yet you are less than 5 minute walk from old town Korčula. Super convenient to the ferry terminal too. Just know you have a lot of steps to climb to get to your room.

Katija was really nice. She let me do the check in as soon as possible. The room is really cute, it reminds me of an Ibis hotel. Perfectly located

Loved our stay in Korcula Old Town

The apartment was very convenient for all amenities, a short walk from bus station, water taxis, and the ferry. We had everything we needed in the apartment and Katija was very helpful and supportive. Would highly recommend

the room was clean. the bed was comfortable. there was a double level suitcase stand which made it easy to store and access our suitcase and backpack. the location is so close to the ferry port! unfortunately, the shower was only had a hand held sprayer with no way to mount it on the wall. katja was very kind --she even gave us homemade treats! one warning --there are a lot of stairs to get to the room ( i thought tthat by not booking an attic room, it would be only one flight of stairs.)

this is my favorite airbnb/ accommodation that i’ve ever stayed at. from asking when im arriving and waiting outside to ensure a simple check in, to giving me suggestions on activities, saying hi when i see her in the morning, letting me check out an hour later since it was raining, to even letting me put my back pack in her apartment after check out and letting me borrow her umbrella up until i walked on the ferry, i’ve NEVER felt cared for like that by a host. she’s the kind of host that makes your experience 10x better, and im so grateful for that. can’t wait to stay with her again next year!!!

Check directions before you arrive

Must have had the wrong scale on my map as I thought it was further away from port than it was. I read that the hos had greeted people off ferry and i dialogues with her beforehand but no one met us and we spend a panicking 30 mins walking li no tgrough town in heat with our luggage. Not their fault but bad start to lovely stay in very central and handy location. Clean as could be. Great.

Excellent stay in Korčula

Our 2-night stay at Apartments and Rooms Katja & Egon was wonderful. The apartment was clean, thoughtfully furnished with cosy touches, and equipped with A/C to provide a refreshing breeze when needed. What truly made our stay special was our host Katija. She welcomed us warmly and went above and beyond to make us feel cared for. When our ferry to Split was delayed, she was incredibly flexible, allowing us a later check-out and to leave our luggage safely, so we could enjoy our extra time in Korčula completely worry-free. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Old Town, ferry port, and plenty of charming cafés, restaurants, and shops. The apartment also offers beautiful views of the rooftops, marina, nearby islands, and the sparkling blue sea. I highly recommend Apartments and Rooms Katja & Egon to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Korčula.
