"I booked Angsana because of the lovely setting of the resort. I’m disappointed with how the resort is maintained with shower drains being clogged, no hand towels in the bathroom. Also, no power plugs for US or UK standards. These are easily fixable and it can be a great resort, staff can be better ..."

"I choose this hotel because it was the only hotel close to the BIEC on Hotels.com. Big mistake. This is a local resort, not a hotel. Horrible WiFi, Nothing nearby. They don't even offer a shuttle to the BIEC. Only one restaurant with mediocre food. Tons of mosquitoes. Wedding receptions by the pool ..."
