This large four-bedroom home is set on a hill with sweeping rural views, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the quiet country setting. Located just 10km from Naracoorte Caves and within easy driving distance of Coonawarra wineries, it offers a great base for exploring the region.

The home features spacious indoor and outdoor living, including a large deck area ideal for morning coffee or relaxing sunset drinks overlooking the property. A 12m one level (1.37m) swimming pool provides the perfect place to cool off during warmer months.

Inside, all bedrooms are carpeted and fitted with queen beds, and the home is designed for comfort with wood fires (winter only), air-conditioning in key living areas, and ceiling fans throughout.

There are two bathrooms plus an additional separate toilet, along with laundry facilities for guest convenience.

• Please note: The property is monitored by CCTV for security purposes. There are no cameras inside the property, and no cameras monitor any private or internal guest areas or spaces.

Linen Information:
Bathroom and bedroom linen is supplied for your stay; however, only the required amount is provided based on guest numbers supplied at booking. If you would like beds made prior to arrival, please request this at the time of booking ($15 per bed). Guests are responsible for advising the office of any special bedding configurations required. If no requests are made, bedding will be allocated based on guest numbers provided. Please remember to bring your own pool towels.
