Residence Villa Mima

This is a newly renovated villa located in the residential area of ​​Cavtat in the old town, just a minute's walk from the main promenade/harbour and close to numerous individual beaches. Villa Mima consists of five bedrooms (four doubles and 1 twin), and benefits from a private pool and terrace suitable for al fresco dining, as well as a lovely terrace with a breathtaking view of Cavtat Bay and the Sustjepan peninsula, leaving your spirit breathless during sunset.

Guests enter the villa via a few steps and through the main door to a low ''courtyard'' of a traditional courtyard where there is a dining table/chairs for ten, a portable Weber barbecue and a swimming pool in a cave.
Guests enter on the ground floor to a hallway leading to a separate L-shaped kitchen with a dining area and bathroom on the right and two separate double bedrooms on the left. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher, an Owen, a large fridge and freezer, including an ice maker, kettle, microwave and toaster. Stairs from the hallway lead to the first floor, with one double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with a spacious shared bathroom in the hallway. From the first floor there is access to a sunny terrace with a beautiful view of the red roofs of the old town of Cavtat and the port of Cavtat. The terrace is equipped with sun loungers ideal for relaxing day and night.
In the attic guests can find a spacious living room, a kitchenette and a separate shower room.
The villa is fully air-conditioned, and all rooms are equipped with flat-screen satellite TV.
Bed linen and towels are provided and changed once a week.
The excellent position of Villa Mima in the center of the old town of Cavtat provides
great opportunities and many benefits for our guests such as: no car rental requirements, all necessities such as a grocery market, ferry station, restaurant, coffee bars, beaches are 100-200 meters from the villa.

The Mima house has a total of 237 m2 and all of them are available to our guests.

Other notes
Since House Villa Residence Mima is located in the city center, and the parking space in the old part of Cavtat is available in a public parking lot located about 200 meters from the villa and must be paid additionally. The daily ticket price is 15 EUR and must be paid at the machine when leaving the parking lot. The daily card must be requested when entering the parking lot, and the parking attendant is available and will provide you with all necessary information. The accommodation owner can help you upon arrival.
