Amazing House, Beautiful Town, Lovely People

We were a group of 5 female adults who stayed in this beautiful house for 4 nights. Communication with the hosts was excellent. We arrived in Cavtat at noon and were shown to the house where we could leave our luggage and head down the numerous steps to the harbour to have lunch until check in at 4. The host messaged at 3.30 to let us know the house was ready. The house is beautiful with plenty of space inside and out. It is clean, well furnished and the views are simply stunning. Our flight did not leave until 9pm on the day we left and as there were no guests booked in that day we were offered a late check out at no extra cost! This was a massive bonus as it was raining at times and we felt like we had an extra day's holiday! Cavtat is beautiful, yes there are a lot of steps to the house but there are various routes, some less steep than others. We hope to be back!

Return visit as lovely as the first

I enjoyed Cavtat and Villa Mima so much that I returned again in September with a new group of friends. And all of us were pleased with everything about the villa. Its location in old town Cavtat allows easy access (although there are many steps to get there) to restaurants and shopping. The view from the terrace is gorgeous and we watched several beautiful sunsets over the water from there. The house was clean and any requests or questions were quickly taken care of - including transportation and luggage handling. We couldn't have asked for more! Hoping to return again. If you are visiting the Dubrovnik area, this is the place to stay!

Amazing

We had a great family holiday made up of 10 adults. The villa was spacious, clean and perfect for our needs. The sunset views over the harbour were breathtaking. The owner and host were great at keeping in touch to ensure our stay went as smoothly as possible.

Amazing villa - perfect for a family vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation. The location and views are amazing. The house stays cool during the day. The kitchen is nicely remodeled and the small pool is perfect for cooling off.

Memorable experience for all

A group of 8 adults rented the beautiful villa for 10 nights. The location was fabulous. We walked to restaurants, grocery store, boat trips to Dubrovnik- everything! You must be able to walk steps though since the town is on a hillside that meets the marina. The villa had plenty of room for all of us. We spent much of the time on the terrace overlooking the sea and the gorgeous sunsets. All bedrooms were spacious and the baths modern. It is a nice combination of history and updated elements. Cavtat is a wonderful town for a vacation to Croatia. It has easy access to Dubrovnik, Montenegro, the Konavle region. We loved staying there and felt we were in the best location in the town.

Better than expected!

The house was great! Suzana met us at the bus/taxi station and took us to the house. The communication with her and Pavo was great both before and during the stay. We were 5 adults, 3 kids (19 & 20 years) and an 11 year old. We all enjoyed the house greatly! Good size rooms, and comfortable beds. The terrace was great both in the morning and evening’s. The view over the harbor is beautiful! It’s just a two minutes walk down the stairs to the city center and the harbor, where all the great restaurants and shops are. And yachts! Everything is in walking distance. You can go swimming from the pier and the rocks or walk to one of the many small beaches, where you can rent a sunbed. A beautiful city, it’s quiet and all the restaurants are really good. The people are very friendly and helpful. We went on a full day boat trip, which Pavo recommended, with Ivan. He was great! Are you going to this beautiful city - choose this house! We would love to come back!

Beautiful home in the heart of Cavtat

I stayed here with 6 friends to celebrate my 30th for 4 nights. It was perfect. The most amazing location. Had everything we needed and the views were stunning. It was better than I expected. Communication was brilliant. Thank you so much, I will certainly be back to stay again!

You must stay here when visiting Cavtat

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa. It was closer to all the shops and restaurants than we realized. The Villa was spacious and cozy. It had plenty of room for the nine people that stayed here. The ad description didn’t do it justice. It was better than we thought. If you have a large party and you need a place to stay in Cavtat, I highly recommend this place.
