"Room was as advertised. I liked the view of the Ocean, there is a road between you and the water, but not that noisy early morning or late evening. Room was a bit dated, but clean. Short drive to Magic Sands beach, or to downtown Kona. I really enjoyed my morning coffee on the lanai, and when at the room at the end of day, the Sunset, again, from the lanai. Awesome 10 days! Thank You!"

"The property was awesome! I had one small issue with a spider, could happen anywhere! Make sure that the Raid is stocked lol. Location was very nice, close to the coffee shop. Hostess was very helpful. Make sure to take in the view of the pool. Also, a step stool for the microwave would be nice. We are shortl!"

"Amazing. Exactly as listed. A perfect place for 2. Everything was clean and the AC kept the room very cool. Check in went exactly as stated and there were no issues at any point. There were camping chairs, beach umbrella and sand anchor, beach blanket, and more that really enhanced our beach day. Little things like K cups provided for the coffee machine, filtered water pitcher in the fridge, and some snacks upon arrival were a nice touch. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. "The place was pretty good, but it's on the 3rd floor with no elevator. It was not clear in the ad that there wasn't an elevator or I would not have booked this unit. I am disabled so this made the stay a lot less enjoyable. "

"Very convenient location. There’s a popular poke spot right next to the building. Easy access to the beach. Only 10mins drive to grocery stores/restaurants. The unit is very clean. I like that they have a washer and dryer in the unit. It is somewhat noisy at night because the window is facing the street. But I sleep with earplugs anyways so that’s not a problem to me. "Enjoyed our stay in Waikaloa Village. We usually stay closer to the beach, but the Village is really a short drive. Nice neighborhood for walking/ shopping/ eating before heading to the beach. Quiet pool and hot tub area. No worries that the living room area doesn't have AC. Temps were pleasant and the AC in the bedrooms was a plus. We would definitely book this property again :) "

"Overall, good location that is convenient to the attractions to Kona. Great to have a designated parking spot. Turning left out of the apartment is a bit tricky as the traffic backs up due to a four way stop just up the road, but that is manageable. Great beaches nearby (just not in front on the property as that one is very rocky).The apartment is well appointment, the best in terms of cooking utensils and basics (basics like olive oil, salt, pepper, soy sauce, etc are all available)....

"This place had everything that we needed. The communal BBQs were great to use, especially the ones along the beach where you could watch the sunset. The laundry within the unit was so helpful (laundry soap provided). The location is a short drive (or walk) to great beaches and farmers markets. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing that I wished it had was a little laundry line on the deck to hang beach towels since you can't have them along the railing and there is limited spots...
