The bed was comfortable. The sunset was pretty. Nothing else was good. The resort did not keep their word. The place was dirty. It smelled bad. The minibar was not stocked.The in-room food was not good. Marriott is hype that disappoints

Overall, a very nice and comfortable stay with a good view and well-mannered staff. The swimming pool was clean, and the sports facilities were decent. One area for improvement could be better load balancing during peak hours, such as breakfast time, to ensure a smoother guest experience.

This place deserves every bit of it's mixed reputation! With exclusive access to the beach in the area, they clearly have the advantage. However, the quality of food and the restaurant service lets it down. It is defined not a 4 star, so please temper expectations. The staff is not trained in basic ...
