This place was great for our stay on Kauai. We arrived to yummy snacks and a great supply of coffee. The beds and linens are comfortable and nice and the kitchen was very well stocked for our stay. The management company we dealt with was super responsive and patient with us when we asked questions that had already been answered. Pickleball, golf and the beach are close by along with many restaurants and shops. The in-unit washer and dryer was fantastic to help us keep up with laundry. We also took advantage of the beach chairs and umbrella that we hauled in the provided wagon. If there would be one thing I’d change it would be the fact that we could hear our upstairs neighbors very clearly. It took away from the serenity of the place but overall our stay was comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was huge, the kitchen and living area were well equipped and the bedrooms large. It was also very clean. The complex was well maintained and we used the BBQ area by the pool. The staff looking after the gardens etc were really friendly too. The proximity to the beach via the pathway was great as well. We 100% recommend this condo and Coldwell Banker's communication, everything was easy and communication fantastic. Thanks!

Property was as described. Only recommendation would be how to get the Spectrum cable to work since there are 2 remotes and we could not find any directions. It took 2 days until we figured it out.

Just okay

Upon arrival I was notified a roof was going to be replaced in the building next to us. I was surprised we had not been notified before arrival. The management said there was an issue with the VRBO advertisement and not all the information regarding this roof job was displayed on their website. We ended staying at the condo For 7 nights. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to park in our assigned parking space because the construction equipment prevented us from accessing it. We ended up using the visitor parking which wasn’t an issue, except further away from the condo. We liked the size of the condo and the two bedrooms and baths provided us plenty of space. We also liked the short walk to the beach. My main issues were the air conditioning which didn’t seem cold enough, in spite of all the ceiling fans. I probably wouldn’t stay at this location again. It served its purpose, but nothing to write home about.

Clean and close to the beach

This place was about a 10 minute walk down to the beach. Everything was clean and looked as the pictures showed. I didn't receive wifi info but I also didn't need it so it wasn't a big deal.

Poipu vacation

My husband and I came here with our 15year old for his spring break. We have been to poipu many times and knew the location meant a walk to the beach. With that being said, it’s about a 10 min walk down an easy paved path through the condo complex to Brenneke beach and park… from there it’s another few minutes along the beach to get to poipu beach. The pool and hot tub is right next to the condo which was cleaned every morning. It’s small but great when you don’t feel like going to the beach. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully loaded. They also had chairs, snorkel gear, beach wagon and toys for a young family and towels. Also, Kawapaki Joes is a restaurant in the condo complex that has an awesome happy hour 3-6 and is within walking distance. Great atmosphere and food. Overall, we had a great stay and would absolutely stay again. Thank you to the owners for everything!

Comfortable family setup - nice breeze, close to beach and access to Poipu Athletic Club

Our family of 4 (two adults and two kids, ages 5 and 7) had a great weeklong stay. Living room was comfortable and there was a great breeze through the unit, so we never needed AC. Easy to make meals and get rest. We'll be back again!

Great Spot!

We love coming to Kauai and have stayed in Poipu Kai many times. This unit is well maintained, is a perfect location next to the green belt and pool while also being quiet. The kitchen is fully stocked and the furnishings throughout are comfortable. The extras for the beach were also great! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Excellent Lodging, Just a Few Picky Issues

The location was great — 15-minute walk to beaches where you could watch the sunrise if you went one direction, watch the sunset in the other direction. Short drive to Kōloa town with shops, restaurants, and minimal groceries (check expiration dates on items!); very near to highways (but not close enough to hear traffic) to the rest of the island. Picky items that they said they will fix after we reported them upon checkout: no spatula in kitchen; no plug in bathtub in en suite bath; a few other trivial items. Note corrections from listing: There are two lanais (porches) but not also a balcony, as this is a ground-floor unit; it's not a one-story building (there are two floors, with a separate unit above this one).

Awesome condo!

The condo was great. Very clean and amazing location. The management was prompt in answering my questions. We loved that there were beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, etc. We loved our stay and highly recommend this property!

Unfortunate series of events

Location and proximity to beaches, restaurants and shopping was great. Unfortunately, as we were on our way we received a text saying the parking lot was being paved and we’d have to park on the main road- which was not even close to the condo. We thought it was strange they didn’t know this in advance. Then we made it inside the condo to discover the AC was not working. Ashley from CB was quick to respond and get someone out to look at the AC. Unfortunately they couldn’t fix it and couldn’t get anyone out until the following week. Ashley was willing to let us out of the contract but still charged us the VRBO service fee, half the cleaning fee, and half the nightly rate. This was our 30 year anniversary celebration and we were very disappointed with how things were taken care of. We didn’t do anything wrong but had to bear the cost and be extremely inconvenienced. It would have been nice for CB to absorb the costs instead of passing it off to the renter who did fulfill their end of the bargain. They also couldn’t provide any other options so we had to quickly scramble to find other accommodations which ended up costing more because of the late notice. Ashley was kind but she was at the mercy of the general manager from CB and I can’t recommend this rental or working with Coldwell Banker in the future.

Very attractive and clean!

We totally enjoyed our time at the condo. Very comfortable and easy access to the beach. We enjoyed using the wagon with beach chairs and umbrellas that was in the condo. So thoughtful to have that for your guests. The condo is decorated very nice. Along with such a great place to stay we enjoyed the hot tub every evening. This was a5 star experience!

Bliss by the beach

What an amazing property! This is my first time using VRBO, so I did so woth some trepidation. My fears were allayed immediately upon my arrival at the property. My daughter (30) and I were blown away by just how fantastic the property was. Everything was provided for, from instructions prior to arrival to a small notebook upon entering which explained everything, including all the amenities. No stone has been left unturned. The condo has all the amenities one needs for a comfortable stay. The place is gorgeous, is fully stocked with all the supplies one might need, and is within walking distance to Poipu Beach. Attention to detail is evident everywhere, right down to a wagon with beach chairs, umbrella, snorkeling gear, etc, for the beach. Overall, we couldn’t have been happier and highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Poipu Condominium

We had a wonderful stay at this well appointed, spacious condominium. The master bedroom mattress was very comfortable. The two bathrooms were fully stocked with towels. The kitchen was excellent, and the two TVs had full streaming entertainment. The unit was spotless. Another feature that we very much enjoyed was the beach wagon that we were able to walk to the beach with. There were also beach chairs and towels and equipment. We highly recommend!

Great condo in Poipu

Loved the property! The condo is spacious and the kitchen is very well stocked and has everything you need for the beach! It is right by the smaller pool and hot tub and we had it to ourselves most nights after a day out on the island. Poipu was the perfect location for our March stay. Lots of really good snorkeling/beaches within 5 min of the house. We all enjoyed it!

We loved staying on the south side of the island. The condo was perfect for our needs. About a 7 to 10 minute walk to the beach but the wagon with chairs and umbrellas made it easy.
