This unit is perfectly situated on the relaxing grounds of Kiahuna Plantation. The house is well equipped and emanates the island theme. Peaceful wonderful vibes.

What a great property right on the best beach on the south side of Kauai! Nice view from upstairs and easy walk to tbe beach. We also enjoyed the chairs on the lawn. The condo was well equipped and we especially enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella. Many restaurants and great shopping very nearby. The check in process was good once we found the office. Definitely a 10/10!-

We had a wonderful stay. The host was very communicative and quick to respond, which made everything seamless from start to finish. The listing was exactly as described and matched what we found in person. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and incredibly well maintained, and the location is fantastic.The amenities at the Poipu Beach Club were a great bonus. While it would have been nice to have a bar on-site, the central location makes it easy to access nearby resorts and dining options. The view from the patio is truly incredible and was a highlight of our stay.We would definitely recommend this property and would happily stay here again.

I’ve been coming to the Kiahuna Plantation for over 30 years and have stayed at many units and this was hands down my favorite. The location on the grounds was perfect; set back from the beach a bit but still just a three minute walk across the great lawn. A BBQ was nearby and there was a direct ocean view from both lanais (both had plenty of patio furniture). Beds were incredibly comfortable, A/C was a bonus, ceiling fans, and a well stocked kitchen (although every spice was available except salt & pepper :). The unit had multiple boogie boards and snorkeling gear when we were there, but as the owner mentioned, these can come and go. I loved the island decor (especially the beautiful quilts) and appreciated the updated kitchen and bathrooms. I would definitely choose this unit for my family of 4 again in the future. Owner was quick to reply and management team at Outrigger is always wonderful. Another amazing vacation in gorgeous Kauai. Mahalo!

Beautiful condo with a lovely view of the ocean. Great area outdoors for children to play on the grass. The ocean was a bit rough for the 5 and under crowd. They loved the pool with the slide! We went to the Poipu beach park for ocean time. Gentle waves. Truly appreciated the AC both in the living area and bedrooms!! I know when we first started coming to Kiahuna, AC was not allowed. Thankfully the rules changed. Truly enhanced our stay. All appliances worked. We appreciated the kitchen supplies, dishes, utensils, glasses, etc. The complimentary pack n’ play, baby gate and high chair were a bonus. We had a fabulous stay! Mahalo!

Kiahuna Plantation Resort is our "go-to" and has been for over nearly 40 years now. We started going when our kids were barely 3 years old, and now they bring their own kids for a great 10-12 stay just about every summer! Location can't be beat; accommodations are awesome. We'll be back summer 2026!

The view!!!!

We had a fantastic time in unit 74 - we’ve stayed at kiahuna a number of times throughout the years and this place tops all of our previous experiences! You can see the bridge/grass/ocean view from the master bed - just wake up and look left. The A/C and washer and dryer, the high ceiling, the available beach gear, the kitchen supplies, the decor…everything contributed to a stay that was well worth the investment.

Amazing condo in a great community

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo and would 100% stay here again. It was spacious and the porches were great overlooking the waves down at the beach. The beach was great, really enjoyed seeing the basking sea turtles at the next beach over (15 min walk), and access to the pool and exercise club across the street was also very nice. Loved the Poipu area, lots of great restaurants and very convenient for activities on the south side of the island.

Beautiful home in paradise

We came to Hawaii to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday, and this home was absolutely perfect for the occasion. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, and the beds were incredibly comfortable—we especially loved the pillows! The view was simply breathtaking too. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back. Thank you so much for hosting us!

Family vacation

The view from our condo was even better than in the photos. Our host Alan responded quickly to any inquiries we had ahead of our stay. It was a bonus to have a washer/dryer and air conditioning in the unit, along with a mere 2 minute walk to a beautiful beach. The grounds at Kiahuna plantation are beautiful and kept in immaculate condition. None of us wanted to leave.

Gorgeous property!

This is my 3rd time staying on this property and it never disappoints. It’s the perfect location for families especially if you're kids love the beach and want to surf. Plenty of grass for the kids to run around and the property itself is just stunning!

Perfect Getaway

This property is our favorite on Kauai and certainly a repeat. The view from the lanai is absolutely perfect and the right distance from the beach to enjoy the grounds of Kiahuna Plantation while still watching the waves and hearing the surf.
