It was a spacious unit allowing the three groups of family members privacy and togetherness as desired. There was ample beach and pool supplies. I would’ve preferred coffee packs that served four rather than ten.

Beautiful Stay in Poipu

We enjoyed our very well appointed accommodation. From the booking process to check out communication was great and all details very clear. The location was a short walk to the beach an Grand Hyatt. We will definitely consider returning.

Property and locatio were great, the pictures led us to believe that we had a direct view of the water but it was of the parking lot. Additionally, three nights in a row it smelled so horrible. We did hear that there was a sewer issue and that may have been the issue. But, it was just really bad.

Amazing stay

Fantastic condo with very easy access to Shipwreck beach and Mahaulepu trail. Very clean and well appointed. Hope we get to stay at 419 again. Was perfect for our young children and the hosts had a pack-n-play and high chair ready for us. Thank you!

Absolutely Perfect

Loved our time here. The location was easy to get to, located right off the beach, and better than the listing. The air conditioning was a huge plus. We were able to walk to the beach with both kids. We used the pool, as well as the athletic club facilities. We will definitely be back.

A Visit to Paradise

Our family enjoyed this VRBO! The location is perfect! Minutes to the beach. Great walking trails. The VRBO is well appointed. The beds are very comfortable. The linens towels and beach towels are very nice. Additionally, it is such a nice touch to have all the beach accessories. The patio furniture is great. All the appliances are in good working order. One small issue is the windows. The screens are not staying on well and we had a few visitors that were not entirely welcome (Large bugs). There was also a hole in the ceiling that the plastic was coming down from. Neither of these issues damped our stay. We are counting down the days until we can visit again!!! Mahalo!!!

Great stay.

The unit did have a cosmetic problem during our stay that was being fixed. The owner did make it right! That says a lot. Very Very comfy beds. Short walk to beach. Good location. Overall a wonderful stay.

Wonderful stay in paradise

Staying at Poipu Sands 419 was absolutely perfect! We had 2 families with 4 adults and 4 kids and it was plenty of space for everyone! The grass area in front of the lanai was so great for the kids to run around. You could hear the waves from both master bedrooms and the view was amazing! The condo was very clean and even better then the pictures. Suite Paradise was very responsive to our needs and check in/out was super easy. We would definitely stay again!

Really good setup for families

Plenty of room and great setup with 2 bedrooms on the main level and a giant master upstairs. Then the best part of course is the fantastic ocean view, close access to the Grand Hyatt, and access to the Athetletic club pool and cabana.

Great Vacation

We all enjoyed the condo at Poipu Sands. The property was clean, and I loved the ocean views and the local birds. Although the property is advertised as a resort, the amenities were not within walking distance. However, we enjoyed its proximity to Poipu Beach and, overall, had a great time!

Staying in paradise with an ocean view

It was a great property for 3 couples, each with their own en suite bathroom and separate living space. The communal areas (kitchen, living room) with dining both inside and outside were clean and spacious. We had our breakfast outside to enjoy the ocean breeze every morning. The carpet in one of the bedrooms was a bit worn, but if that's the worst comment I can make then you get the idea of the quality of the property. The booking process was efficient and straightforward. We would be happy to book this property again in the future.

Perfect

This property was exactly as described - 3 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms (1 lower bedroom also had secondary access to bathroom from living area). Also, all 3 bedrooms had individual a/c units. Very short walk to beach, big grassy area off lanai, and great furnishings as well as TVs. Community BBQs were also very close by, which was helpful for cooking in the full kitchen. We would definitely stay there again!!

419 Review

Condo is in a perfect location! Not very well stocked as far as kitchen supplies.... salt and pepper only, no tupperware or basic items such as tin foil or ziplocks so make sure you buy those when you do your store run. Clean and comfortable with a great lanai and grassy area for kids to play. Stated it could sleep up to 8 but when we called for an extra cot we were told we'd have to pay an extra amenities fee for extra guests staying in it ( we had 8 total). Comfortably sleeps 6 so 2 kids ended up sleeping on floor because the management would not provide cots. Ceiling fan and AC were not working in upstairs bedroom and shower head was broken in downstairs bathroom, which gave us the impression that the management company does not do routine maintenance checks. Refrigerator broke after we had stocked it with food. Owner was great and replaced the fridge and gave us a credit since we lost some food. Our issues were mostly with the property management, Suite Paradise. Communication was very poor in the beginning but they attempted to remedy it at the end with a credit. The maintenance guys that came to fix all the issues were very professional . Overall, it is a great condo in a perfect location. We had some issues to overcome with Suite Paradise, but they ended up making things right in the end.

Great Location with Amazing Views

The views from the lanai are amazing!! Beautiful water. We could hear the ocean at night. In the upstairs master, we were able to enjoy the breeze at night and so did not need to run the A/C. The kitchen was well stoked. It was a 5 minute drive to Poipu Beach Park, where there is a sand beach, tidal pool for snorkeling, and waves for surfing. Overall, our experience was excellent.

lovely condo at Poipu Sands

We had an amazing vacation at Poipu Sands, the 3 bed 3 bath condo absolutely perfect for 3 couples. The dining area set up worked beautifully, amazing meals at the perfect table set up for relaxing and chatting. We highly recommend this unit 419 for 3 couples to share. The only recommendation would be to add 2 more chairs for the lanai, as there are 4 chairs at present. Changing the 2 twin beds to a queen would be amazing, but the twin's were very comfy. Excellent location of Poipu Sands with access to beach and shopping close by.

Spacious and comfortable.

Wonderful spot with a view of the ocean. The rooms were airy and nice. Kitchen and bathrooms great. A bit worrired about the sliding screen doors, didn't stay on track nor lock. We always closed the regular doors and the area seemed safe and conscious. We liked that we did not have to take out our own trash and clean up before we left. I would recommend this place for sure!
