We absolutely loved the view of the ocean right from the balcony and bedrooms! The breeze cools the place off so well and it was so great to be walkable to multiple beaches! Our family of six was very comfortable here. We would definitely recommend and return.

Marsha was amazing! She was very detailed and accommodating for anything I asked. The house had everything you could need. The view was wonderful and loved having our breakfast on the balcony. We would definitely stay here again.

Crispy Times!

Everything from the entrance to the open living area, the magic just opened up into a magistic view! Not like the impact of getting hit by a train, but a wave of layered satisfaction. This was a vacation where time stopped, and a wonderful crispy way to rest and play in Gods playground. The ocean and Condo are one.

Captivating View

Lovely, roomy, comfy condo. Well equipped in kitchen as well as beach gear. Almost no need to leave as view from deck is mesmerizing. Walk to Brennecke, Poipu, and Shipwreck beaches. Hoping to stay here again.

Such an amazing space and view

We absolutely loved this condo!! The host was amazing at suggesting everything to do, see and eat in the area. The condo is spacious, clean and there was champagne and snacks waiting for us upon checkin. Although no AC, sleeping with the windows open and listening to the waves was so so peaceful. You can walk to Poipu beach to snorkle and see the sea turtles, you can walk to food and coffee, as well as jump on the beautiful heritage trail, that takes you to the Hyatt Beach and to some cliffs with amazing ocean views. You are smack in the middle of Waimea canyon and Hanalei beach, one hour in opposite directions. We saw whales from our balcony and enjoyed every morning on the porch. I would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay!

My month long stay could not have been improved on! Communication with Marsha was prompt and she always was there for me and any questions I had. There are no words for the view from the condo! Pictures in the listing don’t do it justice. Watched whales going by from the lanai. The condo has everything needed for your visit, all the essentials are there. The pool and hot tub were nice to look forward to towards the end of the day. I had a mid month cleaning and it looked like I had just walked in on the first day. Location is awesome. Close to beaches and great walking trails right outside the door. The Management team appeared to really care about the complex and the cleanliness of the grounds. Truly a month of paradise and a big thx to Marsha for her Aloha Spirit🌴

Wonderful location

The condo is a short walk to Poipu Beach where we saw Hawaiian sea turtles coming to shore at sunset each evening and turning back to sea if you want to visit the beach at sunrise. The kitchen is well stocked and we cooked dinner half the time we were there and enjoyed eating in Koloa or Kaapa on other nights. We took a sea tour from nearby Port Allen and loved passing through the tree tunnel for our daily excursions. Keep in mind there is no AC which I think is typical for the area condos but we were mostly cool with the trade winds and house fans. Saw a large pod of dolphins from the balcony one morning and enjoyed morning strolls right on the property watching the swells and waves crash onto shore. Definitely recommend for a family stay!

Hostess with the mostess

This is the first Vrbo review I’ve ever written and I am writing because of the amazing property owners. We had booked a week here after cancelling a week abroad over Covid issues. We had our flights cancelled and rescheduled multiple times and the owners were so very easy to communicate with, generous and flexible. The house itself was great for the four of us ( 2 adults and 2 kids) and we could have fit 2 more easily. We saw rays and whales from the balcony and at the beach just down the road there are turtles and seals that rest there every day. The house is comfortable and very well equipped- we especially enjoyed the boogie boards and snorkeling equipment that we could use every day. The condo complex has a pool and a hot tub which we enjoyed every day. The only drawback is that you have to walk about ten minutes to get to the beach (or drive 2 minutes and we always found parking) as the condo complex itself is up on some cliffs. Overall I recommend this place 110%, thank you for a magical stay!

Lovely stay in amazing location

This is a fantastic unit in a wonderful property, easily walkable to multiple beaches and a super short drive from lots of small towns with wonderful activities, food, and coffee. With the grand Hyatt basically next door and a walking path from the beach in front of that hotel all the way to the beach the other direction, it’s paradise and all walkable. The property was well appointed with plenty of beach gear, chairs, toys, etc. bathrooms are nice with plenty of hot water, and the kitchen looks like a recent renovation. The lanai is where we spent most of our time overlooking the pool (quiet, don’t worry) and the expansive ocean views! We had a ever so slight hiccup getting into the unit, but the owner and her friends in town couldn’t have been more helpful. It actually made the place feel even more well loved and homey knowing such wonderful people care so much about it and their guests! 100 stars!

Near perfection!

What a fantastic location! I have visited Kauai over a dozen times, although never at this property. I don't think I will ever go anywhere else now. The unit was clean, comfortable, and the view is unbeatable. This was the first visit to the island for a couple in the party and they were as impressed as I was. The front door can be tricky. It locks like a hotel as soon as it closes. I accidentally locked myself out, bad. But, Marsha was so responsive that she had someone with a key there inside thirty minutes, fantastic! This is where I will stay every time I come to the island. My new Poipu go to!

Stunning

We had such a wonderful trip to Kauai and loved this VRBO! It’s super close to both the ocean and the restaurants, has everything you need including snorkel gear and boogie boards and the kids loved the pristine pool to cool off after a Long Beach day. Perfect!

Our Kauai Stay

As we were in Kauai for a wedding, we really didn't get out to tour the Island much. However, we enjoyed the amenities and the closeness it was to the Grand Hyatt and Poipu Beach. The Condo was fully stocked with everything you would need from the kitchen to the beach toys etc. Each room is equipped with ceiling and floor fans so the "no A/C" was not much of a problem. When we get the change to come back to Kauai...we would likely stay here again.

The unit itself was in very nice condition, well kept and equipped. It has enough beds and baths to comfortably suit a large family, at least up to 6. Very good location with wonderful ocean and sunset views. The condominium complex is somewhat older and has some maintenance issues. For example, the hot tub was largely unusable, since it was too hot, the temperature controls were locked and the jets didn't work. For the complex as a whole, lots of people, not a great deal of privacy and a fair amount of noise. However, it didn't by any means negatively impact our stay. After all, how can you have a bad time on Kauai?

Great Location

Great 3 bedroom condo. Wonderful view from the lanai. Nice walk/run right out the door down to Shipwreck Bay and Poipu Bay golf course. Condo is well equipped, including snorkeling equipment, and kids toys for the pool. Hopefully will get a chance to come back.

A lovely vacation

Marsha & Ernesto were really helpful with advice as we were planning the trip (they even helped us find a surf guide for our daughter) and then they were graciously flexible when we had to change dates. There were a couple of snafus when we first arrived; the front door lock had a problem and the coffee maker was broken, but Marsha was so apologetic and had it all fixed within two hours. She was great! The view from the living room is spectacular. There was nothing better than lying on the couch and looking at the ocean and palm trees or starting our day drinking coffee on the balcony watching the ocean. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is a nice size and the unit is very clean. The only drawback is that the balcony overlooks the pool and sometimes there were loud children in the pool. If you have small kids it won't be a problem I'm sure and we got over it, but it's a good thing to know ahead of time. The great thing is you couldn't have better, more responsive hosts.

Very well kept, super clean and had everything we needed and then some! Beach equipment was provided and truly appreciated. Owner was super friendly and excellent at communicating and very quickly. Great personal suggestions were made before we even arrived and they had created a wonderful binder of resources that stays in the unit. Personal touches were apparent and they made it a welcoming place. They obviously take pride in their property as well as taking care of their guests. The entire facility was clean and well kept (BBQs, pool, hot tub) and a great location.

This property was in a perfect location. It had wonderful walking trails nearby. It was walking distance to the beach where we snorkeled with lots of turtles!

Perfect location for our wonderful holiday

We loved this condo, it checked all the boxes for us! Plenty of space, well stocked modern kitchen, beach gear, easy parking close to the unit and a wonderful ocean view. Marsha was wonderful to work with and provided so many nice touches, including suggestions on things to do and some flexibility on checkin. As noted in the profile the unit doesn't have AC, but given the property is on the tip of the most southern point on the island there was always a strong cool breeze once we opened the windows on both sides of the unit. All in all it was one of the best values of our many visits to Hawaii. I would easily choose to stay here again. Thank you Marsha! Tip: Try Waikomo shaved ice, they use real fruit and is amazing. Next door, Anaku's Juice Bar and Makai Sushi (togo) in the Kukuliula market are also our favorite in Poipu. Can't wait for our next trip!

Wonderful Condo!

This condo was fabulous....spacious bedrooms, gourmet kitchen, and spectacular view from the lanai. This unit has one of the best views in the entire complex. Very close to shopping and great restaurants--either by quick drive or nice walk. So many nice extras were provided to make our stay comfortable and relaxing: beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, baby accessories, etc. You will not need to pack or worry about buying a lot while staying here! We can't wait to return!

Clean, comfortable condo with stunning ocean view. Everything I had hoped for and more.

The condo is close to the beach and a short drive to shops and restaurants. I really liked the 3 levels of the condo as it provides space and privacy. The kitchen is very nice. It is well stocked and it allowed us to cook wonderful meals both in the unit and using the BBQ (3 of them). The beds were super comfortable. There were plenty of towels and it was nice to have a washer and dryer. Can't say enough about this place and the wonderful time we had here. I will be recommending this property to friends and I am sure I will book it for future vacations. The instructions and suggestions book for guests was especially helpful. We really enjoyed ordering fresh fish from Garden Isle Seafood. What a treat! Marsha and Ernesto were extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. They responded quickly to all of our questions and were sincerely concerned with the comfort and enjoyment of our stay.
