We spent our first Christmas away from home at Sunny Poipu Beach House. Communication from the hosts started pre trip and were excellent and we felt great about our trip before arriving. The house was exactly as described clean and thoughtfully stocked and arranged. Instructions were clear and many things were labeled. We took advantage of the stocked garage using the beach chairs, coolers, wagon and bags for our beach outings. We enjoyed walking to the beach in the mornings for the sunrise and I loved being able to access the nearby hiking trails. Coming from a cold weather state we loved our time on the relaxing Lanai. The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of space for 5 adults to spread out when needed but also be able to sit down and eat together or play some games. Location is a great home base, within walking distance to many beaches and activities and a short drive to local shops. I wish we could return year after year. Thanks for everything!

The host was absolutely wonderful and attentive at any request or question we had. The house was so upscale and perfect as well as the location! We rented a couple of e-bikes for the week and had fun exploring the area. It was so convenient to walk down to Shipwrecks beach at sunrise and a morning latte. Love everything about this VRBO!!!

The property was clean and modern with well maintained rooms. The beds were very comfortable. The attention to detail of the hosts is exceptional. There is nothing the hosts have not thought about. The property has good privacy and close access to Shipwreck Beach. Poipu Beach is a walk of about 1 mile away that you can access via a pathway behind the property.

We loved our stay at this very clean, very well-appointed house. The kitchen was the nicest and best- outfitted of any vacation rental we have ever stayed in (and that’s a lot!) also lots of beach toys and supplies. Very thoughtful! Great location; nice responsive hosts. Highly recommended!

Anniversary celebration

My husband and I chose this location based on pictures, descriptions and reviews we found online. We were celebrating our 50th anniversary with our sons and daughter in law. This house did not disappoint! Three bedrooms and 3 baths were certainly a plus, but this house had so much more to offer. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals. The bedrooms were very comfortable with plenty of space to unpack and not feel crowded. The decorating throughout the house put us in the island spirit. Then there was the lanai where we spent a lot of our time. We did not use the grills, but they looked awesome. (A lot of good restaurants close by!) Finally, the view. The beautiful garden and the ocean in the distance made us feel like we were in paradise! We did walk to the pool and hot tub which were very nice but when you have an ocean so close you have to enjoy it. It was obvious the owners put a lot of love into this house and made it very guest friendly. I honestly cannot think of anything we needed to make our stay better. I would recommend this house to anyone heading to Kauai. I hope to return someday! Mahalo!

LOVED everything about this VRBO! From the location within walking distance to the beach to having the Hyatt Resort right next door to all the amazing amenities of the house. Equipped with everything you need from snorkeling equipment, boogie boards, water shoes, and even a couple bicyles.. to a kitchen with everything you need to cook or bbq family meals while you are there. The room set up worked perfectly for us with two master bedrooms upstairs and a downstairs (separate entrance) with two twins and partitioned area with a queen bed. I would definitely come back!
