Such a great location! Close to all the spots we wanted to visit. Kitchen had all the things needed to cook meals at home when we wanted to rest & just relax at home.Our lanai was the best! Nice to each have our own bathroom.Walkway was a wonderful way to get around the neighborhood.Highly recommend Allerton Garden & sunset dinner; helicopter ride; private chef dinner; Poipu beach to see sea turtles; all the farmer’s markets; Shipwreck beach for sunrise. So many things to do! Mahalo for such a beautiful week

Perfect spot!

House was perfect for our family, and we appreciate that it came stocked with all the necessities (paper towels, laundry detergent, etc). Beaches in walking distance, pool and hot tub a short walk. Being right on the greenbelt was amazing. Highly recommend!

Nice Home

This is a nice home and well appointed. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to make our meals. The dishwasher needs to be replaced as it doesn't clean the dishes or dry them.The lanai was our favorite part of the home. We ate outside for every meal.The primary bathroom shower needs some work. The body sprayers are agressive, so you need to turn the controls just right to turn them off.The location of the home is perfect. It's close to Koloa and two golf courses. It's walking distance to the Hyatt, beaches, tennis and pickleball, pools and walking/running paths.

Hawaiian Oasis

We had a lovely stay in Kauai! The house was exactly as pictured- we loved having dinner every night on the lanai overlooking the greenway and took advantage of the beautiful walking paths to nearby beaches. The house was appointed with everything we needed including beach towels and chairs, laundry and central AC. Easy communication and check in/check out processes made it a perfect escape for our family. We hope to be back soon!

Great house for family of 5

The property was located to multiple beaches where we would walk or drive to. The house is well furnished and kitchen has what we need to make coffee and breakfast. We enjoyed sitting on the patio furniture outside in the morning. The beds are very comfortable. And we also loved that the house provided beach chairs and umbrella. Great home for our Kauai stay!

Absolutely amazing!

We couldn’t have been happier with our accommodation! Even better than the photos appear on the listing. Every room was spacious and well appointed. Location was amazing. Community pool access was better than expected as well. Few times that we contacted the the host they were helpful and responsive. Would absolutely recommend. Deserves the 5 star rating.

Great property and great location

Great property and great location right on greenbelt pathway. Two minor issues: lockbox combo was incorrect, garage is not included although listing says differently. We would all happily stay here again.

Idyllic vacation retreat for the family

Lovely, clean space. Comfortable with an amazing location. We spent every evening (and some mornings) on the beautiful back deck, enjoying the greenway views and frequent strolls down to the beach. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Perfect Stay in Poipu

The home was spacious and beautiful with a big back patio overlooking the grassy green belt and walking path to a pretty beach. A short drive away is Poipu Beach Park which is great for snorkeling and swimming, and frequent sighting of sea turtles and seals. The house was equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and a cooler which made our beach trips much more convenient. Easy access to restaurants from here as well. Probably the best accommodation we’ve ever had on vacation.

Wonderful house in a great location

We loved our stay! The house is beautiful, clean and comfortable. We had 5 adults and a toddler and had plenty of room. It was our first time staying in this area of Kauai and we loved it. Being able to walk to multiple beaches was fantastic, especially with a toddler! Highly recommend!

Beautiful house in a great location

This house is great. The porch in particular is just a fantastic place to have meals or just hang out. Easy walking distance to both Poipu beach and Shipwreck Beach. A really lovely place to stay!

A quiet retreat yet close to everything.

This beautiful home suited us perfectly .. room for us, our daughter and her husband and toddler grandson. We loved walking to the beach at the bottom of the path in the morning and then coming home to the shade of the lanai in the afternoon. The green belt provided a green vista and space to play. A very quiet neighbourhood along with comfortable beds meant we slept well. Shops and restaurants a short drive away were very convenient as were dining options at the nearby Hyatt. Hoping to return one day.

Great location. Very close to the beach in both directions.

This home is very nice in a great location. With the Hyatt hotel nearby it gave us many options for dining and shopping. It feels centrally located to a lot of small towns. I will surely try to stay here again.

Wonderful Location/Nice Home!

The house had everything we needed, super clean, and the air conditioner was so nice at night. Location is great, you can walk to the beach and we also loved the community pool. We would stay there again.
