This rental property is nice and clean. Great for a family with several bathrooms and spacious bedrooms. We had some issues getting into the property, and the water shut off several times due to a faulty floor sensor. However, the property manager was very responsive, so it wasn’t a huge issue.

The oven was broken and there was no hot water in the kitchen sink but everything else was perfect! Super comfortable beds and pillows. They provided beach towels and chairs. Great location, quiet neighborhood. Very roomy and comfortable place that our family really enjoyed.

Amazing Stay!

We were a group of 8, 3 separate families. This house could not have been more perfect! Every room had access to their own bathroom which was a major convenience. Nice airy space, rooms had very comfortable beds, lots of storage space. Would highly recommend this house! Thanks for an amazing stay!

Perfect for a convenient getaway

This complex is perfect for proximity to the beach and shops while getting a more affordable price being on a quiet street away from the beach. Great pool and amenities. Would 100% stay here again.

Perfect Getaway for Friends

We were a group of 4 friends who did a 3 night getaway. This condo was perfect for us! So close to eating places & stores! We each had our own bedroom. We spent a lot of time just hanging out in the condo, relaxing, talking story & laughing! Would highly recommend this place!

Awesome Stay!

We really could not have enjoyed our stay more here. The location was great, super close to Poipu and a bunch of good restaurants. The property itself was great. It easily held the four of us and another family of 3 without feeling cramped at all. The place was super clean with a ton of towels and beach toys for us to use. I don’t know that we have ever stayed at a better rental. Zero bad things to say here.

Relaxation in Kauai

This property was very clean, proximate to the beach and shopping / restaurants. There was plenty of room for 2 families to stay. Loved the ability to cook in the fully stocked kitchen and access to the community grills on the property. The management company was very communicative throughout the stay.

My favorite vacation condo in Poipu

Beautifully decorated condo with comfortable and spacious living spaces and bedrooms. The lanai was the favored space by far, any time of day! Plenty of room for a multi-generational family gathering. An extremely well appointed kitchen with everything you could possibly need for those who love to cook. Conveniently located to beaches, shops, restaurants, and local sites. I highly recommend this gorgeous condo and property, and would stay here again!

Perfect Family Rental

It is sometimes difficult to find a 4 bedroom rental, however this was a perfect unit for our family. My son, wife and two young children were able to stay in the rooms upstairs giving them their own space. The other two bedrooms downstairs were at opposite ends, also giving my other son and us our own space when needed! The location was near the beach as well as restaurants and shopping. Although the unit is adjacent to a road, you really could not hear any traffic. Check in and out was supper simple as well. The unit is decorated really cute and all of the essential kitchen items were available. They also left us a nice welcome gift which was really nice. I would definitely recommend this property.

Poipu Paradise

This is a fantastic VRBO for families. Located minutes away from Poipu & Shipwreck Beach. Traveled with a family of 8 which included 4 kids ranging in age from 9-21. The layout and amenities were perfect for our stay. Essentially 2 master suites on the lower level were great for us and the grandparents. Kids had the 2 bedrooms in the upper level. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. All the proper pans with lids and Tupperware, cutting boards, grilling utensils etc. Garage was filled with beach supplies (chairs, boogie boards, sand toys and cooler). Poipu shopping plaza, Keokis and Little Fish Coffee shop are a 10 min walk from the property. On top of the property itself, I want to take the time to call out the incredible hospitality of the property management. A few weeks before our stay we were notified that the downstairs A/C broke and that the part needs to fix would not be available in time for our stay. Property management went above and beyond to make this right. They brought in 3 portable cooling units (1 for each of the downstairs bedrooms and the common kitchen/living area). This was more than enough to make our stay very comfortable. In a world where hospitality feels dead, I greatly appreciated the responsiveness and solution to this issue that was beyond their control. Long story short, I would absolutely come back to this property and recommend for anyone looking for a great VRBO in a great location in Poipu. Kaua’i!

Parents 50th Anniversary

The condo was nice and spacious that accommodates a party of 8. Although, the AC was not running down stairs. I was impressed by communication with the property management as they brought three large size portable AC units for each room down stairs plus the kitchen which kept downstairs pretty cool. This location is walking distance to poipu shopping center and short driving distance to poipu beach including 20 min drive ATV tour, the catamaran and the luau. I would definitely recommend this beautiful condo to anyone that is looking for a spacious condo.

Condo parfait pour 8 adultes!

Lieu du condo vraiment pratique, près de plusieurs services, plages et villages. Condo très bien équipé si vous souhaitez cuisiner. L’air climatisé au rez-de-chaussée a brisé pendant notre séjour mais l’hôte a tout fait pour régler le problème rapidement: excellent service client! Nous recommandons fortement cet hébergement pour votre séjour au sud de Kauai!

Poipu beach

The property was in a great location, walkable to a great beach with sea turtles and snorkeling! Beach chairs, towels and cooler were used every day! Pool area is great and condo is close to a nice shopping, ice cream and restaurant area. There were 7 of us and the condo was a good size. Thought it was a bit bigger, but it worked for us. Condo cleanliness was not good. Lots of hair in bathrooms and tubs. They need more washcloths too. Lanai furniture needs attention as well. Overall I would stay again. We loved our visit!
